Job Summary

The Commercial Manager will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for the company’s portfolio of monk fruit and stevia-based natural sweeteners. Required Qualifications

  • Existing network of contacts within the supplements, functional foods, and/or beverage sectors.

Editorial Voice and Brand Stewardship

  • Define, steward, and uphold Alexander Wang’s editorial voice across global social platforms and campaign-related content.
  • Build and maintain editorial frameworks, copy guidelines, and narrative principles that scale globally while allowing for regional nuance.
  • Partner closely with the SVP of Marketing, Creative Services, and PR/VIP to ensure messaging alignment across campaigns, activations, and brand moments.
  • Demonstrate strong social and cultural fluency, with the ability to steward the brand’s voice across global platforms with care, context, and intention. This role requires balancing creative risk with a deep understanding of diversity, belonging, and audience impact.


Insights and Performance

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, virality, EMV, CTR, and conversion-related metrics.
  • Translate insights into actionable creative and strategic recommendations that inform future content and campaigns.
  • Present monthly performance reviews, trend analysis, and learnings to Marketing, Communications, and Merchandising partners.


Team and Workflow Leadership

  • Establish and oversee workflows for content planning, briefing, approvals, and publishing.
  • Collaborate closely with APAC partners and social agencies to ensure unified global execution and messaging.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to internal team members and freelance contributors.
  • Lead and develop the Social Media Coordinator through clear communication, hands-on coaching, and strong exampleβ€”fostering growth, accountability, and operational excellence.


Cross-Functional Partnership

This role collaborates closely with:

  • SVP of Marketing and Marketing leadership for strategic direction, alignment, and prioritization.
  • Creative Services and Production for execution of visual and narrative assets.
  • PR/VIP and regional marketing teams, particularly APAC, for localization, amplification, and storytelling cohesion.
  • Partner closely with IT and Technology teams to uphold information security protocols, exercising strong judgment to identify, escalate, and respond to potential risks across social platforms and systems.


Qualifications and Profile

  • 8–12+ years of experience leading social media and content strategy for a global fashion, luxury, beauty, or culture-driven brand.
  • Proven track record creating platform-native content and copy that drives brand heat and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-building skills, with experience leading copy creation for social and campaign content at scale.
  • Strong creative judgment paired with analytical rigor, able to connect creative decisions to performance signals.
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, creator ecosystems, and evolving social platforms.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating at speed, managing multiple workstreams, and maintaining precision under pressure.
  • Strong people management capabilities, with a track record of building engaged teams, navigating complex performance issues, and developing future leaders.

Job Summary

To provide instructional, recruiting and organizational expertise for the Men's Basketball program at Georgia Tech, supporting the Head Coach in building an environment that inspires and empowers student-athletes to be champions in academics, competition, and life.



Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Coach in evaluating individual and team strengths and developing strategies for skill improvement.
  • Support the Head Coach with all games, scrimmages, and practices.
  • Support the Head Coach in providing appropriate discipline for student-athletes for violations of team rules or Georgia Tech and Association regulations, or conduct impacting upon team matters, team policies or the reputation of Georgia Tech and the Association.
  • Assist the Head Coach and support staff in planning and supervising programs for player training, conditioning, and drug education and testing.
  • Assist the Head Coach in recommending students for athletic grant-in-aid scholarships from Georgia Tech.
  • Assist the Head Coach with the recruitment of student-athletes for the Men's Basketball program.
  • Direct Men's Basketball program student-athletes to the appropriate resources for assistance regarding financial aid, academic advisement, and general student needs provided by Georgia Tech or the Association.
  • Assist the Head Coach and support staff with providing appropriate program safety requirements.
  • Promote an atmosphere of compliance within the Men's Basketball program, Cooperate with the Association compliance office regarding NCAA rules and policies, including reporting requirements. Make a determined effort to utilize available compliance resources.
  • Support the Head Coach and Association administration in monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes to facilitate pursuit of a baccalaureate degree.
  • Participate in public relations and promotions for the Men's Basketball program as assigned, and support the Communications and Public Relations department in the preparation of Men's Basketball program materials and resources.
  • Partner with The Alexander-Tharpe Fund as needed in fundraising efforts to support the Men's Basketball program, Georgia Tech, and the Association, including encouraging contributions.
  • Assist the Head Coach in overseeing the preparation and update of the equipment inventory for the Men's Basketball program in partnership with the equipment manager.
  • Assist the Head Coach with expending operational resources budgeted to the Men's Basketball program in a manner consistent with Georgia Tech and Association policies.
  • Represent Georgia Tech the Association as requested with efforts and initiatives involving Georgia Tech partners, including the Alexander-Tharpe Fund and Alumni Association, and with intercollegiate athletics organizations such as the NCAA and ACC.
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key internal and external constituents.
  • Exhibit Georgia Tech and the Association's core values of character, excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Promote these values throughout the organization with a focus on fulfilling the mission of Georgia Tech and the Association.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Coach.


Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Experience

  • Minimum two years of job related experience; coaching experience in intercollegiate athletics strongly preferred

  • Ability to work outside of typical buiness hours as needed, potentially including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
