One of Boston's most established and respected insurance defense firms is growing. They have more work than people right now and they need experienced mid level associates who want to build something real, not just bill hours at a name brand firm.
This is not a lateral move for the sake of a move. This is a seat at a firm where the partner track is visible, the caseload is substantive, and your work actually matters to the partners above you.
Immediate need. They want to move fast.
What You Will Work On
You will handle your own files from day one. General liability, premises liability, product liability, professional malpractice, catastrophic injury and construction litigation. State and federal court. Real depositions. Real trials. Not document review.
What They Are Looking For
2 to 10 years of civil litigation experience in Massachusetts. Insurance defense background strongly preferred. Someone who can take ownership of a file, communicate directly with carrier clients, and is ready to grow into a leadership role over time.
You should NOT apply if you practice estate planning, immigration, family law or transactional work. This is a pure litigator role.
No job hoppers. They invest in people and expect the same in return.
Why This Firm
Boston institution. Over 100 years of insurance defense work. Busy and growing for the right reasons. Partners who mentor and develop. Courtroom experience you can actually get here. A partner track that is real, not theoretical.
If you are at a large national firm and feeling like a number, this is the alternative. If you are at a boutique without the caseload or the platform, this is the upgrade.
Compensation
Competitive with the Boston market. Based on experience.
