About the Job:

The Director, Digital Growth Marketing is responsible for the development and management of the company’s digital growth marketing strategy. This role is responsible for managing the in-house paid media team and leading key activities, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, marketplace advertising, SEO, and custom activations.   • Manage and supervise assigned Technical Designer/s
  • Lead/direct fit session on live model with cross-functional teams (Design/Merchants/Product Development) to evaluate garment fit, constructions, and styling details
