Role Overview
In Spring 2026, STAUD will open its South Coast Plaza location. We are seeking a selling stylist who will serve as the ultimate brand ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized client experience while driving sales through relationship-based selling.
As a Stylist, you will build meaningful and lasting client relationships, provide 1:1 personalized styling, and contribute to a dynamic store environment that reflects STAUDβs brand values and aesthetic. This role requires strong sales acumen, styling expertise, operational excellence, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting.
Essential Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and elevated styling experiences that surprise and delight our clients
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying STAUDβs values and engaging clients through authentic storytelling and product knowledge
- Drive personal and store sales goals through relationship selling and clienteling
- Build and maintain a loyal client book through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Responsible for opening and closing the store
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold brand presentation on a daily basis
- Support inventory processing, replenishment, and merchandising execution
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions in the POS system, following all company procedures

Role Overview
The Human Resources Assistant role requires high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. They will serve as the administrative and operational backbone of the HR team, supporting corporate and retail employees across multiple states, as well as our international team hired through an Employer of Record partner.

Essential Duties
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for corporate and retail new hires including the drafting of offer paperwork, oversight of background checks, ensuring system access, and scheduling any relevant orientation
- Manage offboarding processes and documentation
- Maintain accurate digital employee files and conduct periodic audits
- Process employment verification requests (VOEs)
- Assist with unemployment claim documentation

HRIS & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS

- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Experience working within an HRIS (Human Resources Information System), such as UKG, Workday, ADP, or Bamboo, is a plus.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Architect to own and stabilize our core retail technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and optimizing system transactions and integrations across ERP, Shopify (E-commerce), POS, 3PL, and other connected platforms.
Our current environment supports omni-channel retail operations across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with retail systems and API-based integrations, and will help us prepare for upcoming ERP implementation and system upgrades.
This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Finance, Operations, E-commerce, Retail, Planning, and Customer Experience. The right person will combine technical fluency with practical business judgment.
Essential Duties
System Ownership
- Own day-to-day health of ERP, Shopify, POS, and related integrations
- Document current system architecture, data flows, and transaction touchpoints
- Identify single points of failure and reduce institutional knowledge risk
Integration Management
- Monitor and troubleshoot API-based integrations (Celigo or similar middleware preferred)
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve transaction issues
- Proactively identify integration gaps and propose improvements
ERP Readiness
- Partner in ERP implementation planning and discovery
- Surface technical debt and process risks prior to migration
- Ensure clean data flows and controlled system configuration
Cross-Functional Partnership
