The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of our eCommerce platforms. This individual is responsible for leveraging customer insights, analytics, and market trends to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring our mobile, desktop and app platforms deliver exceptional digital experiences. What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of related experience in product management, with a focus on eCommerce or digital products.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from conception through development, launch, and iteration
- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, tools, and systems

- Ability to use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections, etc.

Manage daily print operations, production scheduling, and throughput while ensuring quality control, compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and adherence to precision manufacturing practices. Develop and optimize 3D printing parameters and processes to achieve precise, repeatable, and high-quality outcomes across ceramics, polymers, and composite materials.
- Leadership & Best Practices: Lead and supervise the Applications Engineering team, setting priorities, allocating resources, and fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain and enforce best practices essential for a precision manufacturing environment, ensuring all processes, documentation, and production protocols uphold the highest standards of accuracy, repeatability, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements beyond ISO frameworks.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of direct garage door sales experience (required)
- Minimum 5+ years of additional sales experience in another home services field (HVAC, remodeling, roofing, windows, landscaping, etc.)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of residential and light commercial sales cycles
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time, leads, and follow-ups independently
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—comfortable creating and sending professional sales correspondence
- Customer-first mindset with high attention to detail and service quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time.
