Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut's leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions. We offers a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Program Summary
Natchaug's Joshua Center Programs treat children as young as six and as old as 17 who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues, but do not require inpatient care. Services Include: Comprehensive assessment, which may include: Comprehensive aftercare planning, family, group, and individual therapy, occupational and creative rehabilitation therapy. Natchaug Hospital provides transportation from school to the Joshua Center Program, and then to the student's home.
Job Summary
Lead Behavioral Health Clinician works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services in the Child/Adolescent partial hospitalization program. Clinical services include individual, group and family therapy. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline's professional code of ethics. Assumes leadership responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership. May assume clinical oversight of daily operations in the absence of Program Manager.
Key responsibilities of Lead Behavioral Health Clinician:
- Conducts a comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment and establishes a care plan, as appropriate.
- Provides direct patient care that may include case management, care coordination, interdisciplinary collaboration for care transition needs, crisis intervention/safety planning, counseling, and emotional support to patients and families coping with illness, trauma, or end -of-life care, referral and discharge planning.
- Refers patient to appropriate levels of care and available resources that promote the individualized care plan.
- Assists in the coordination of programming which may include staff scheduling, scheduling clinical activities, program development, utilization review, case load assignment, and attending meetings as directed by manager.
- May assist in the hiring process for new staff, supporting expansion of initiatives, supporting clinician productivity, leading team meetings, conducting staff education and training.
- Independently able to provide clinical social work interventions to all patient populations.
- Provide social work field supervision to second year social work students.
***Lead Behavioral Health Clinicians are eligible for a Sign On Bonus up to $2,500.00, in accordance with program guidelines***
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related Human Service field required.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Clinician working with behavioral health and/or chemical dependency population.
- Experience in leading clinical care teams preferred.
- Current Connecticut license; LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships within and outside their entity.

As the Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will be completing assessments and evaluations of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, you will work to help determine a treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate the patient's progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs. Assists the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care
* Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of physical therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
* Observes and reports the patient's response to treatment and any changes in his/her condition to the supervising nurse and/or the physician
* Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice
* Instructs and informs participating members of the health care team, the patient, and the family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals
* Visits patients according to Plan of Treatment, completes a progress note for each visit, and submits progress notes per LHC policy
* Completes all patient evaluations and develops the PT plan of care within state specific guidelines
* Reports outcomes of evaluation, goals, and anticipated projected frequency of care

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). CNC Programmers at The Lee Company program CNC Lathes, Swiss lathes, and Mills with current machining processes. They also develop new machining processes for overnight continuous runs and work with and develop Robotic automation process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school education. Ideally an associate degree in manufacturing technologies or similar.
- Good understanding of machining metal and processes with CNC machines.
- The ability to diagnose machining problems: tool failure, rough finish, chip build up, etc.
- Proficiency in the use of computerized machine controls, precision measurement instruments, hand tools, and specialized trade tools.
- Use of computers to perform data entry and document production.
- Mechanical aptitude and use of significant mathematical skills.
- Must be able to proofread documents, read blueprints, train others, complete production paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Work from part drawings, machine specifications and electronic control data, utilizing to a large extent established methods and standards data to layout operations and sequences, tooling arrangements, machine set up instructions and details for a number of recognized machining operations on standardized components having close tolerances and inspection requirements.
- Align and code steps for tool operations, speed, feeds, and work piece positions to conform to operational sequences.
- Monitor set ups and operations to prove programs to assure proper methodology sequences, tooling arrangements and quality of completed work piece.
- Operate CNC machines as needed to prove program.
- Revise programs to correct errors or deficiencies or to modify or improve to suit new tooling designs and to effect cost reductions.
- Work closely with Tool Design and Manufacturing personnel to plan tooling designs and arrangements for new work or modifications for the regular work.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
