Build the Practice

Lead and Develop the Team

• Supervise and mentor case managers, paralegals, and support staff

Required:

• 2-3+ years managing a personal injury caseload
• 1-2+ years supervising a PI legal team (case managers, paralegals, or support staff)
• Texas bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)

Salary: Range from $120,000 (Entry Level) -$400,000 (Managing Level)

• Active license to practice law in Missouri
• Active Kansas license or eligibility to immediately apply for admission by application

• Managing plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial

Personal Injury Paralegal – Chicago | Plaintiff Litigation | $85K

An established and respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Chicago is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its litigation team. This is an onsite opportunity offering up to $85K base, where you’ll work closely with trial attorneys handling meaningful, high-impact injury cases. The firm has a strong reputation for advocating on behalf of injured clients and provides hands-on exposure to litigation, from pre-suit through trial preparation. Responsibilities

• Manage case files from intake through litigation

• 2+ years PI experience

Salary:

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 – $85,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
