POSITION OVERVIEW

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the overall planning, design, construction, and ensuring the maintenance policy is established prior to handover to the maintenance team of all HAS physical infrastructure associated with the projects of the Major Projects Portfolio (MPP) (approximately $1.0B+ in value) to consistently provide world-class airport airside, terminal, and landside facilities developed and maintained to optimize sustainability and life cycle costs. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Capital Improvement Program Management(specifically for the MPP, but can be extended to whatever is instructed by the Director)

  • Oversee the planning, design and construction of all projects within MPP' CIP plan

WORKING CONDITIONS
