Job Summary and QualificationsProvides care to assist Interventional Radiologist in Specials Radiology procedures.
Ensures Radiation safety.
Administers IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.
What qualifications you will need:
- ARRT required
- MRT State of Texas
- Current AHA or ARC BLS provider
- If current employee participating in a cross-training program, all training will be completed under direct supervisor of registered technologist. Certification in alternate modality is required within 12 months of completion of training

Job DescriptionThe Administrative Specialist II performs intermediate to advanced level administrative support or technical program assistance in disseminating information for a variety of functions, divisions, or departments.
Essential Functions1. Performs a variety of advanced administrative functions; provides assistance in accounting, procurement, contract development, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable; assists with budget analysis, preparation, and making recommendations for budget spending
2. Participates, assists, and supports in the planning and execution of a department program; develops, coordinates, and maintains record keeping and filing systems; handles petty cash and performs general accounting duties.
3. Prepares, interprets, and disseminates information concerning agency programs and procedures.
4. Coordinates, organizes, and facilitates meetings, conferences, and seminars for department or division; assists in coordinating work and various projects between units of the department.
5. Compiles and analyzes data, makes calculations, and prepares reports; assists and supports high level administrative staff in the development and dissemination of data and information; runs monthly division reports to ensure performance measures are met.
6. Assists in the preparation of presentations for administrative hearings.
7. Researches, composes, designs, and edits publications such as brochures, forms, and manuals; provides support for other document, marketing, and departmental publishing.
8. Assists in the development and implementation of training materials; provides training for subordinate administrative staff to ensure quality and efficiency of work; monitors and ensures all licenses, certifications, and physical paperwork are accurate and up to date.
9. Responds to inquiries regarding rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; provides excellent customer service; monitors department inventory and ensure the procurement of required essentials.
10. Performs any and all other work as needed or assigned.

- Records management and/or report writing
- Financial management experience
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, education or social science field will meet the education and experience requirements.
- An associate degree in any field plus two (2) years of the specified experience will meet the education and experience requirements.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a non-specified field plus two (2) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.

The Field service Technician (After Sales) in Dallas is key to the technical support of our automated storage systems equipment at our customers’ sites in the USA and Canada. Technicians are responsible for performing accurate and timely electromechanical support, training, upgrades, and repair of equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced electromechanical support in the after-sales phase for all automated warehouse installation projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Analyze and diagnose faults (controls software, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
- Make necessary modifications to PLC’s and electronic equipment.
- Test and adjust the mechanical and electrical components as necessary.
- Communicate requests to Sales for spare parts orders.
- Create quality and status reports regarding service calls.
- Communicate any issues that arise on site to the After Sales Manager.
- Train customers on technical system routine maintenance operations.
- Provide on-demand corrective maintenance services to customers as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of automation after-sales electromechanical service or industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to travel (USA and Canada), 90% of the time.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge related to automation controls.
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley).
- Basic knowledge in troubleshooting frequency inverters (SEW, Lenze, KEB).
- Basic knowledge in diagnosing and troubleshooting industrial communication network connections (Profibus, Profinet, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and presence.
- Ability and willingness to work variable hours including weekend, night, and/or holiday work.
- Ability and willingness to lift, lower and carry objects up to 50 lbs., work from heights, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Spanish language fluency is a plus.
