Job Summary


We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and assist with the ongoing design, development, optimization, and support of our mature Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a system administrator for Salesforce and be involved in daily operations, enhancements, and complex configurations. Job Location

Job Responsibilities


  • Partnering with the Solution Architects and Business Analyst to understand the design and outline what is needed to configure Salesforce and deliver solutions.
  • Attend daily scrums and keep management informed of progress on stories/tasks in JIRA.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential use.

Job Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex org

The D365 Senior Technical Analyst partners closely with D365 Platform Operations Leads to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused support service aligned with agreed service scope and SLAs. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) through effective troubleshooting, user support, system enhancements, and controlled releases.

Hotel Engineering Oversight

  • Ensure each hotel follows a monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan.

  • Conduct property visits to inspect mechanical equipment PM and overall condition.
  • Provide a site visit checklist and post-visit narrative/report.

Licenses and Permits

  • Maintain oversight of all operating licenses and permits for hotels.

Travel is required on occasion but is estimated at less than 10% with occasional visits to key suppliers, customers, engineering offices, and other company facilities.

The role of this position is to provide technical expertise for the facility. Success is measured by accurate operation estimates and schedules resulting in a even flow of production orders through all departments in the shop.


Work Environment

Position is primarily in an air-conditioned office environment. Time is also spent on shop floor where there is no climate control and personal protective equipment is required, including but not limited to steel toed shoes/boots and safety glasses.

The role:

The Quality Control Scientist is responsible for execution and oversight of analytical, microbiological, and environmental testing to ensure the safety and quality of cell therapy products and manufacturing operations.
