Sales Counselor - Full Time 

The Marketing and Sales Counselor is responsible for generating leads and selling apartments to prospective residents utilizing marketing and sales techniques as required. 

General responsibilities: 

  • Interact with prospective residents – conducting interviews and following up on sales leads. 

  • Actively pursues prospects through work performed inside and out of the office including networking, holding visits and luncheons, telephone follow-up, prospecting etc. 

  • Plans and participates in sales presentations for office and in-home appointments. 

  • Meets with customers, discusses features of community and pre-qualifies customers for sale.

THE ROLE


We’re looking for an organized Project Operations Manager with 6+ years of experience managing competing tasks and workflows, and working with people in different roles. In addition to a strong background, the ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be an integral part of keeping a growing creative team of designers and production partners organized and on track. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Intake & Operational Workflow

  • Organize and manage the project intake process for all incoming event initiatives.
  • Oversee the project pipeline, ensuring clear visibility into upcoming work, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Lead initial project intake and coordination with clients, ensuring all project requirements are clearly captured and documented.
  • Establish and maintain project setup standards within project management platforms ( preferred), including timelines, task structures, and team assignments.

Process Development & Optimization

  • Develop, document, and continuously refine operational processes that support efficient project delivery across the organization.

  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement process improvements that streamline project execution and communication.

  • Provide guidance on project scoping, timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Support resource planning and allocation across the creative and project teams.

Cross-Team Coordination & Communication

  • Build systems and frameworks that support collaboration across internal teams including creative and account management.
  • Create and manage structured communication channels and shared documentation repositories.
  • Develop and facilitate internal processes that improve clarity, accountability, and alignment across large teams.


Meeting Leadership & Documentation

  • Develop structured meeting agendas and run project meetings with internal teams and clients.
  • Capture and distribute clear documentation, action items, and next steps.
  • Ensure teams remain aligned and accountable through effective meeting facilitation.


Knowledge Management & Documentation

  • Build and maintain a highly organized, shareable repository of project documentation and resources.
  • Develop training materials, guidelines, and onboarding resources to support new processes and ways of working.
  • Lead internal process training and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive adoption across teams.



EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS


  • 6+ years of experience in an operations/project manager role. Agency experience or strong client services background preferred
  • Live events/experiential activations experience strongly preferred
  • Top-notch project and time management skills — excellent organization, communication, flexibility and a very strong attention to detail
  • The ability to anticipate and effectively communicate and solve practical problems or issues
  • Professional demeanor; ability to work well with people at all levels and ability to navigate relationships with internal and external creatives and partners
  • Awareness of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for various types of creative projects
  • Experience in experiential marketing
  • Exceptional communication, writing and time-management skills

General Description

The Estimator is responsible for the preparation and review of assigned roadway construction and/or asphalt paving estimate packages; implementing department standards and procedures while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of estimate packages. Company primarily performs construction activities involving asphalt paving/resurfacing, bridge construction, earthwork/grading, roadway construction/rehabs, and highway work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Read/review plans, proposals, specifications, RFP’s, and any other pertinent project related documents necessary to develop a competent and competitive estimate/bid package.
  • Solicit estimates from various subcontractors and vendors to prepare estimate packages.
  • Prepare reports and analysis pertinent to estimating as requested by management
  • Review established labor, equipment, and material costs, for preparation of estimate/bid packages.
  • Prepare accurate estimates from conceptual and schematic drawings.
  • Produce detailed, final contract estimates, for primarily Asphalt Paving and Roadway/Site Development Projects.
  • Assess project exposures/construction risks and appropriately analyze cost and reflect these in an estimate.
  • Identify potential construction issues through the estimating process.
  • Identify value-engineering alternatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

  • Working experience on HCSS software or other equivalent estimating software.
  • Must be able to verbally communicate effectively; as well as written correspondence.
  • Working knowledge of asphalt laydown and/or roadway construction operations.
  • Must be able to interpret blueprints and written specifications.
  • Attention to detail, including interpretation and preparation of spreadsheets and other data.

Education and/or Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator bidding asphalt paving and/or roadway construction projects.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Experience working for a General Contractor as an estimator bidding on Department of Transportation or other roadway projects between $1M and $25M required.

  • Noise level in the typical office work environment is quiet; however when visiting construction sites and/or asphalt manufacturing facilities, various levels of noise, dust and other environmental exposures may occur; any exposure is within the established Permissible Exposure Limits, however Personal protective Equipment such as hardhats, hearing protection and safety glasses, may be required.

Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per care plan. Considered a member of the nursing team and is expected to know, and will be held accountable for, following infection prevention and control policies and Personal Protective Equipment use. Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned resident. Assists the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment and also provides range of motion and passive exercises. Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining, while creating a positive dining experience for the resident. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate.

The NA aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.

Qualifications

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.

Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.

When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.

Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor

vehicle report and proof of valid driver’s license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of

this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
