Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of P-8 Operating Systems products including the Virtual Integration Platform (VIP) and P-8 Trainer variants

Key Responsibilities:


Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Drive 15%+ improvement in repeat purchase rate through loyalty optimization, segmentation, and targeted campaigns
  • Revitalize our loyalty program and turn it into a measurable revenue driver
  • Build post-purchase flows, VIP nurture campaigns, and win-back sequences that increase LTV

Email/SMS Strategy

  • Own strategic direction of our email/SMS program (managed by agency); grow revenue and drive intentional promotions into those channels
  • Grow email list through lead capture optimization and creative list-building tactics
  • Optimize flows (welcome, cart abandon, post-purchase, win-back) and create exclusive promotions for subscribers

Creative Promotions & Offers

  • Design flash sales and exclusive offers: SMS-only deals, app-early access, discount tiers, VIP perks
  • Build promotional calendar with CMO for product launches and cultural campaigns
  • Test gamification, spend thresholds, and urgency tactics that drive conversions without cheapening the brand

Conversion & AOV Optimization

  • Partner with CRO agency to improve site conversion (currently ~2%) through testing and optimization
  • Increase AOV by 10–15% via bundling, upsells, cross-sells, and checkout flow improvements
  • Optimize merchandising: move slow sellers to clearance, improve product presentation, reduce friction

Customer Insights & Analytics

  • Use data to understand what drives repeat purchases and what causes churn
  • Build dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, repeat rate, cohort performance, email/SMS revenue
  • Conduct customer research (surveys, reviews, interviews) to inform retention strategy

Agency Management

  • Manage email/SMS agency (BAD Marketing), CRO agency (WeConvert), and upsell platform (OneclickUpsell)
  • Set strategy, review performance, hold partners accountable


Key Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5–7+ years in DTC e-commerce, focused on retention, email/SMS, and lifecycle marketing at Shopify brands doing $10M–$50M+ revenue
  • Proven track record improving repeat purchase rate and driving significant email/SMS revenue growth
  • Expert with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar email/SMS platforms
  • Experience optimizing loyalty programs ( , Yotpo, LoyaltyLion, etc.)
  • Strong on conversion optimization: built upsell funnels, tested bundling, optimized checkout flows
  • Data-driven: comfortable with CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, TripleWhale, Shopify Analytics
  • Experience managing agencies and getting results from external partners
  • Bias toward action: test fast, kill what doesn't work, scale what does

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Statesville, NC, for a Team Travel Coordinator & Guest Experiences Support. The Travel Coordinator & Guest Experiences Support role manages all travel, logistics, and provides as additional support to hospitality operations for a NASCAR Cup Series team. This position ensures seamless movement of drivers, crew, staff and equipment across a 38‑week national schedule while occasionally delivering high‑quality experiences for partners and guests at the track. The role requires exceptional organization, communication, and adaptability in a fast‑paced motorsports environment


Core Responsibilities

Team Travel & Logistics (primary)

  • Plan and book all travel for drivers, crew chiefs, engineers, road crew, and support staff, including flights, hotels, rental cars.
  • Maintain and distribute detailed race‑weekend itineraries, call times, and travel manifests through our team travel app.
  • Manage hotel rooming lists, late checkouts, early arrivals, and special requests for team personnel.
  • Track travel expenses, reconcile invoices, and maintain travel budgets.
  • Monitor weather, delays, and schedule changes; adjust travel plans in real time.
  • Ensure compliance with NASCAR credentialing, garage access, and team policies.


At‑Track Guest Experience & Hospitality (secondary)

  • Support Partner and VIP guest programs, including garage tours, pit road access, meet‑and‑greets, and race‑day hospitality.
  • Assist with credential requests, parking passes, suite access, and guest movement throughout the facility.
  • Provide on‑site hospitality support in team suites, haulers, or partner areas, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
  • Manage guest check‑in, schedules, and communication throughout the race weekend.


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' travel coordination experience in motorsports or sports team operations.

We are looking for CDL drivers with at least a class B license able to obtain a passenger endorsement. We do offer a training period for those CDL drivers that do not have bus driving experience and we will assist in preparing for the passenger endorsement test.
We are currently looking for 2 types of drivers. The first type of CDL driver we are looking for is drivers to do a local run 7 days a week. The shifts will be driving school buses on a property without leaving a construction sight doing shift changes throughout the day. These drivers will be able to get as many hours as they want each week within safety standards.
The second type of driver we are looking for are drivers that do our longer out of town trips in our motorcoaches. We currently have contracts with the local colleges that require transportation for their sport teams. Many of these trips are multiple day trips requiring overnight stays and we do have some day trips. Drivers do get paid during the sporting events and must be ready to drive back to Abilene once the games are completed.
As a driver for VIP Sports, you must be good with people and safety orientated. We have the top equipment offered in the industry and our buses are equipped with WIFI and 110 plugs at each seat.
Safety is a top priority for our company and we keep our equipment well maintained.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software as used in the company
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed in their market, if applicable, nationally for initial training (2 weeks) and then occasionally regionally and nationally for recruiting or training purposes.
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written. There may be jobs in some centers that require fluency in other languages, and this will be made known at the time of application.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
  • Must be able to obtain a State Medical License or already have a current, active State Medical License for the state(s) in which he/she will be working
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred. Board Eligibility is required
  • Once Board certified, PCP will maintain board certification in their specialty by doing necessary MOC, CME and/or retaking board exams as required
  • Must have a current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required w/in first 90 days of employment.

The Primary Care Physician (PCP) in our organization demonstrates:

• Accountability for outcomes: The PCP demonstrates accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of up to 450 patients. They understand that they can strongly influence the patient's outcomes by building a trusting relationship and helping them change behaviors.
• Coaching for health: The PCP acts as a health coach, rather than just a consultant for sickness, by helping patients set short and long-term health goals, partners with the patient to work toward the goals, and frequently follows up on those goals on the path to improved health for their patients.
• Simplifying for action: The PCP simplifies and prioritizes appropriately so that behavior change is more actionable, both for the patient in helping them achieve their goals, and when leading their care teams towards their performance goals.

We are an outcomes-focused, value-based organization and for their panel of patients, the following metrics are regularly measured to help PCP's become successful and reach partnership status: patient admissions/thousand, using between 18-21 appointment slots per day (each new patient count for 2 slots, follow-up patients 1 slot), CGCAHPS (patient experience), clinical gaps closures, and medical cost measures. Each PCP will have goals for these metrics and will be expected to work towards those targets with their center and market leadership as well as their care teams. Culture is very important in the medical centers and because PCP's are leaders in our organization and centers, they are expected to help champion a positive culture of love, accountability, and passion along with center leadership.

The PCP will be required to demonstrate the ability to function both independently and in collaboration with other health care professionals. The PCP will work closely with the applicable managers and medical directors to ensure compliance with guidelines along with participating in risk and quality management programs, clinical meetings and other meetings as required that promote patient health and company goals.
The PCP will adhere to strict departmental goals/objectives, standards of performance, regulatory compliance, quality patient care compliance, and policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The PCP independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in the older adult patient.
  • The PCP will take full accountability for patient care and outcomes and will appropriately seek consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.
  • It is expected that the PCP will engage with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).
  • The PCP is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
  • The PCP leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.
  • For patients that are unable to come to the office-in hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, PCP will engage with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
  • PCP will have an active role in the management of their center and will help cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each PCP will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and additional providers for the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
