Job description
- Lead daily Front Office operations while maintaining Forbes-level service standards
- Serve as a strong ambassador for the property, welcoming overnight and dining guests with warmth and professionalism
- Oversee front desk and valet operations, ensuring daily checklists and standards are met
- Check guests in and out, answer calls and emails, relay guest requests, and manage reservations
- Strategically assign dining room seating to maximize flow and guest experience
- Collaborate closely with Dining Room, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to meet operational demands

- The PCP will take full accountability for patient care and outcomes and will appropriately seek consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.
- It is expected that the PCP will engage with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).
- The PCP is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
- The PCP leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.
- For patients that are unable to come to the officeβin hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, PCP will engage with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
- PCP will have an active role in the management of their center and will help cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each PCP will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and additional providers for the company.
- Supervises, collaborates with, participates with, or functions within a practice or collaborative agreement with an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) and remains accountable for the actions of the APP while employed with the company.

$221,141 - $315,915 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. Housekeepers play an important role our home-away-from-home experience for each of our Guests every day. Their work can make all the difference for our Guests experience. The Housekeeping role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all hotel property Guest rooms which includes cleaning full kitchen areas, bathrooms, balconies, bedrooms, closets, furniture, art decor, windows, create special touches, placing special amenities and collateral in rooms, and changing linens and overall upkeep of guest rooms.
Responsibilities :
Housekeeper (AM/PM)- cleans approximately 14 units per day, which includes: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and dusting furniture
* Change bedding (bed sacks, blankets, duvet covers and inserts where applicable on specified days)
* Vacuuming and edging carpets, including underneath all furniture, and removing carpet spots
* Clean and touch up windows, walls and baseboards
* Clean patios/balconies, walls, floors and furniture
* Fold towels (may require special touches such as folding towels a certain way and crimping toilet paper and tissues)
* Cleaning of entrance of room including front and back of entrance door, surrounding wall area.
* Replace amenities in guest rooms
* Change shower liners/shower curtains, bed pads, etc.
* Replace glasses, mugs and carafes when servicing rooms; Includes cleaning coffee filters
* Change iron board covers as needed
* Stock cart/baskets and take inventory of amenities/linen/terry needed to replenish rooms
* Deep cleaning of entire room and bathrooms on specified days
* Perform nightly turndown duties for VIP level and specified guests
Basic Qualifications :
* Flexible/Adaptable-may work in a variety of areas, conditions and/or have changing start/end times
* Proactive-immediately communicates concerns and reacts to situations
* Must use Personal Protective Equipment (i.e., boots, gloves, goggles, etc.), hand tools (i.e., mops, brooms, etc.), power equipment/tools and disinfectants, degreasing chemicals and all cleaning products

Objective:
- Daily check of the vaults to make sure everything is organized (by collection, correctly, 100% perfect quality)
- Updating/managing showcaseβs so that they are always up to date for insurance purposes. Print the list for the management, control with the guard the pieces count
- Helping to pull merchandise for events or photo shoots.
- Replacing pieces on the floor when somethings is pulled or sold.
- Assisting Sales Professionals with end of sale procedures β certs, getting the boxes and booklets needed, putting back merchandise that was shown in the safe

- Assist in packing merchandise when items need to be shipped for various reasons.

- Conduct weekly strap inventory and month inventory for accessories.
- We can teach how to properly steam clean jewelry.
- Assist in dealing with guards when photo shoots need to be picked up and dropped off β doing a count of the pieces leaving and coming back (filing of paperwork)
- Would have the time to go through all merchandise and put together list of missing/hand written tags that needed replacing.
- Check the reservation list, ensure that all pieces have correct paperwork, release older reservation without payment.
