At Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, our part time Quick Service Food & Beverage Cast Members do exactly that. You would be part of a tight-knit team who depend on each other to serve our guests the delicious food they expect from Disney, in the efficient manner that allows them to make the most of their vacation time. On top of that, you would be fully trained about the resort so you can answer guests' questions, share information and provide the "Disney difference" that brings people to Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. The goal? Nobody goes hungry, and everybody leaves smiling! Starting rate of pay is $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities :
Menus at the resort's two quick service locations, Palmetto Dunes and Tide Me Over, constantly evolve to meet guest's wishes; you would be part of that process by communicating guest comments to your leaders. The environment is friendly but fast-paced. On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and of course, keep the front and back of the house up to Disney's famous cleanliness standards. On top of that, you would be fully trained on knowledge of the resort so you can answer guests' questions, share information and provide the "Disney difference" that brings people to the Hilton Head Island Resort. In this job, blending professionalism with enthusiasm is the key to success. Basic Qualifications :
Here is what you will need to be successful in the job:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• This is a part-time position that requires you to be fully available a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day. You will also be required to be fully available on national/state holidays.
• Previous cashier experience
• Previous quick-service or related restaurant industry experience
• Attention to detail and follow-through to see projects to the end
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic computer tasks, and some familiarity with common utilities such as Google and Microsoft
• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible, in addition to being a self-starter who naturally takes the initiative

Cook – Handles various tasks such as prepping quality food products, presenting them in an attractive fashion based on prescribed company recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. • Prepare and cook food items in accordance to company standards.
• Maintain a sanitary work area, adhering to all local and state health regulations.
• Ensure a quick pace of service and uphold quality food standards following correct portion control.
• Monitor and control safe food handling procedures, including: time/temperature control, sanitation, cross-contamination, product rotation, storage levels, and cooling procedures.

The Resort Trolley Driver is responsible for all aspects of transportation of Resort Guests, to include safety, friendliness, cleanliness and line speed. To be done in a manner consistent with the Values and Mission of The Dollywood Company.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction. Provide Guest excellence, which exceeds expectations
• Effectively use empowerment to ensure Dollywood's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy is implemented
• React calmly and quickly in stressful/emergency situations. Physically assist Guests throughout the area as required
• Effectively perform in the role of Resort Trolley Driver to include (but not limited to):
  • Transporting Guests via Trolley in a safe and efficient manner
  • Visually observe surroundings to identify potential safety hazards
  • Clean and organize conveyance daily to present professional appearance
  • Communicate calmly, clearly, and professionally with Guests and Hosts
  • Assist Guests with the loading/unloading of the Trolley, also alerting them of the height of steps and surrounding curbs
  • Assist Guests with the loading/unloading of ECV's, wheelchairs, and strollers
• Complete daily written reports and turn in any necessary paperwork to Parking PIC
• Operate vehicles/work each position in all weather conditions
• Maintain a sense of urgency toward area of operation to reduce Guest wait time
• Use time productively to include sweeping, clearing cobwebs, straightening cones, and other similar items
• Assist with other areas in parking as needed/requested by Management
• Wear, keep clean and maintain a themed costume issued by Dollywood
• Perform special projects as directed by Management
• Attend all required Training Classes and Meetings
• Comply with safety and security directives, policies and procedures to ensure Hosts/Guests safety at all times
• Verbally communicate and enforce Safety rules
• Visually observe Guest actions during operation to prevent safety hazards
• Initiate friendly interaction with guests
• Work varying hours and at different areas when needed
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Follow all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards

Education and Experience Required:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to drive all motor vehicles used in operations - trolley, shuttle van, and truck
• Must have valid Tennessee Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger Endorsement and proof of auto liability insurance
• May be required to provide a copy of personal driving record from home state
• Must have less than three (3) traffic violations on record in the last three (3) years
• Must not have a DUI conviction in the past 15 years on record
• Ability to memorize safety standards & scripted material
• Ability to read/write, comprehend instructions and communicate in English
• Must submit and pass a pre-employment DOT Certified Drug and Alcohol Screening and background check
• Must submit and pass a Motor Vehicle Records check

Carowinds is looking for individuals to clean and maintains the cabins at the campground on a daily basis ensuring thoroughly cleaned facilities for our guests and associates. 

• Works with chemicals in accordance with all safety guidelines listed on the safety data sheets (SDS).  Uses cleaning equipment in accordance with the departmental safety guidelines and utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of a guest-room including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing all used guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors, etc.
• Responsible for completing guest-room task assignment daily, responding to guest requests and inquiries, reporting maintenance issues, collecting and labeling lost and found items, and responding to the requests of team leaders.
• Ensures that all assigned areas, which may include: hallways, pool area, video room, stairways, public bathrooms, public areas, lobby area, elevators, elevator landings, hallways, vending machines, and outdoor walkways are cleaned daily.
