Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise identity governance and cloud security solutions. The Opportunity:

The Insurance Eligibility/Verification Specialist I supports clinical operations by managing insurance verification, eligibility, and essential administrative tasks. This role is a key point of contact for patient financial navigation and requires a strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Responsibilities:

The Tempus Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Compliance specialist has a key role in supporting the state and the agency partners in ensuring PCA program participants are compliant with the use of EVV and the EVV policies. Technical Source is partnered with a large pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Lebanon, IN on a major new facility build. They are building out the full asset register for the site and need a junior-level Field/Asset Verification Engineer to help verify and tag 30,000+ pieces of HVAC and facilities equipment.

This is a hands-on, field-focused role – not a traditional validation protocol-writing or protocol-execution position. You’ll spend most of your time in the plant and utility areas, walking down equipment, tagging assets, and entering data.

• Read and capture nameplate data (manufacturer, model, serial number, ratings, etc.) from equipment.
• Assign and apply asset tags to each verified piece of equipment.
• Enter and maintain equipment information in Excel-based asset data sheets (asset number + nameplate data).
• Potentially use barcode scanners or tablets in the field for tagging and data capture, as project tools are rolled out.
• Support basic problem solving when equipment in the field does not match drawings or existing lists (e.g., mismatched IDs, missing tags), by documenting and escalating discrepancies to the onsite engineering team.

This work is critical in building a complete and accurate asset list that will feed into future maintenance, reliability, and compliance systems for a major pharmaceutical facility.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of industry experience working around HVAC and/or facilities equipment in industrial, commercial, institutional, or large building environments.
• Examples: manufacturing plants, large commercial buildings, hospitals, universities, data centers, etc.
• Ability to read and use P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams):
• You can use P&IDs and equipment lists to locate and verify equipment in the field.
• Comfortable with field-intensive work and detailed documentation:
• Physically able to walk the site, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs/ladders.

LHH has a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a Senior Databricks AI/ML Engineer to join our client's engineering team. This role focuses on building and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions across key areas of the insurance functions, including underwriting, claims, pricing, customer engagement, and fraud detection, with a strong emphasis on Databricks architecture and ecosystem integration. The engineer will collaborate closely with data scientists, actuaries, product owners, and engineers to operationalize models, transforming them into robust, production-grade systems seamlessly integrated into business workflows and enterprise platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science/Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years experience in ETL pipelines, SQL Server, and production data workflows.
• 3+ years enterprise experience with Azure & Databricks AI/ML, including data analysis and visual analytics.
• 3+ years applying ML algorithms and transforming data science prototypes into production.
• 5+ years experience with CI/CD workflows for ML models and related code.
• Strong SQL, real-time and batch data pipeline development, and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements and design analytics architectures using Azure and Databricks AI/ML.
• Serve as Databricks Architect, managing workspace design, deployment, and governance across environments.
• Define and implement Databricks Lakehouse architecture and governance best practices.
• Integrate Databricks with Azure services and lead implementation of Databricks SQL, Delta Live Tables, and MLflow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with tools/platforms: Azure ML, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Power BI, Snowflake, and APIs like Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
• Knowledge of streaming frameworks: Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Delta Live Tables.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and rapid learning skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent work capabilities.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to handle ambiguity and build strong relationships.
