This individual will support the Legal and Contracts team with coordinating, vendor management, assist with bids, scheduling and billing for high end commercial projects.

Duties

• Management and coordination of all downstream Service & Construction Subcontracts, Work Authorizations, and Purchase orders, including associated exhibits, and amendments (Subcontract documents) to ensure timely flow through document execution via DocuSign.
• General oversight and coordination with Legal / Risk Management (LRM) of upstream customer contracts, including initial reviews, incorporating previous redlines, and drafting summaries to ensure timely flow through contract execution with project management teams.
• Maintain upstream contract tracker and coordinate status updates with LRM.
• Work closely with LRM regarding contract requirements.
• Assist accounting in completing ASC 606 Forms.
• Assist legal in drafting and filing of lien and bond claim notices.
• Comfortable operating in a team – oriented, collaborative work environment.
• Work cross functionally with internal teams, including Accounting, Project Management, Risk Management, and Legal regarding Contract/Subcontract/Purchase Order management.
• Produce and publish reports as required.
• Perform special projects and other assignments as requested related to contract administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher preferred (related to contracts)
• 2 to 10 years of experience in a support role with construction industry experience
• Advanced MS Word and MS Excel
• Experience with Sharepoint
• Solid understanding of construction contract terminology and concepts
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
• Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow

As an Engineer within Seat and Package Development Department you are expected to provide logical designs as part of a project team supporting model developments. Working with project team members and crossfunctionally, you are expected to learn, grow, and develop your know-how and engineering skills.

• Engineering Solution Design – Draft engineering solutions for an assigned component / part (or more complex parts with supervision) and the associated drawings and validation processes, to gather data and provide feedback on their feasibility, costs, quality, and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions; 

Hands-on operation vacuum equipment and hydroblasting equipment; 

Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps; 

Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized hydroblasting and/or chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job; 

May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications; 

Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job; 

Perform any and all duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines and jet rodders; 

May direct a crew of vacuum technicians; 

May transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations; 

Completes pre and post trip inspections, driver’s logs and complies with all other vehicle policy and DOT requirements; 

Loading and unloading hoses; 

Unload vacuum truck at the dump site; 

Provide general maintenance in the field; 

Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs; 

Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations; 

Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business; 

Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device; 

Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required; 

Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers; 

Experience operating a vacuum truck; 

Working knowledge of operating equipment used in wet and dry vacuums.

THE PURPOSE:

The Product Development Assistant supports the Product Development team in the successful development and execution of denim and related product categories. This role partners closely with Product Development, Design, Technical Design, and external vendors to ensure accurate upstream workflows, timely sample management, and clear communication across teams. The position plays a key role in maintaining organization, tracking development progress, and helping deliver products that meets quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)

• Maintain and update development charts, trackers, and WIPs to ensure product development data is accurate and current.
• Receive, process, organize, and distribute samples to cross-functional teams, ensuring visibility and timely review.
• Prepare and ship packages to vendors, New York, and international teams, and maintain tracking and follow-up on deliveries.
• Support the review and tracking of PROTO and SMS samples to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to development timelines.
• Organize and manage in-season sample libraries, ensuring all products are properly labeled, stored, and accessible.
• Partner with Design and Technical Design to confirm BOMs and Technical Packs are complete and submitted to vendors.
• Assist the Product Development Manager and Wash Specialist in reviewing wash samples and tracking development progress.
• Communicate with overseas vendors as needed to support development updates and follow-up.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure all development materials are properly filed and accessible.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, maintain high productivity standards, and contribute to overall product quality.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $67,000 – $72,000. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
