The Underground Utilities Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training programs that support underground utility construction operations. process- ensuring fit, quality, and construction standards are maintained across all styles. In this role,you will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Overseas partners across multiple brands and categories of knit and soft woven womenswear. This is a mid level position. Candidates must have at least 4 years of working experience in Technical Design not including internships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Follow established fit standards and processes.
-Track, prepare and measure fit samples before fittings.
-Support Senior Technical Designer in reviewing and evaluating sample measurements and
construction of all fit samples to determine they are meeting intended design requirements.
-Collaborate with design and production teams through live model fittings.
-Take clear notes for designated product area during fittings.
-Give input during fittings to communicate fit issues and give solutions to improve garment fit and
construction.
-Issue revised product specifications and fit correction comments after the fittings in the PLM system. This includes photo or sketch corrections and pattern correction images as necessary.
-Work with the Production Team in meeting timelines and communicating the necessary information to the overseas factories.
-Check all grading and tolerances are updated properly for bulk production.

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company entering a major greenfield Salesforce implementation. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will architect and build the Salesforce ecosystem from the ground up, owning the technical vision, platform scalability, and long-term enterprise architecture strategy.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a foundational build.
The Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with:
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 4+ years in architectural leadership roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations
• Deep expertise across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Design → Build → Integration → Deployment → Optimization → Ongoing Support
You will serve as the technical authority responsible for designing a scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture aligned to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture design for a full greenfield Salesforce implementation
• Define system architecture, integration patterns, data models, and governance frameworks
• Own end-to-end solution design from business discovery through post-go-live optimization
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, admins, and consultants
• Establish best practices across CI/CD, DevOps, code quality, and technical standards
• Design enterprise integrations across internal systems and third-party platforms (API-led, event-driven, middleware, etc.)
• Ensure scalability, security, performance optimization, and technical debt management
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business vision into platform strategy
Required Experience
• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, Integrations)
• 4+ years in a Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent leadership role
• Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations (multi-cloud, multi-org, high data volume environments)
• Strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Extensive experience with complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)
• Deep knowledge of data architecture and large data migrations
• Experience implementing DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, platform constraints, and enterprise design patterns
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and influencing executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA ideal)
• Experience within high-growth SaaS environments
• Experience building scalable architectures to support rapid headcount and revenue growth
• Strong documentation and solution design presentation skills

Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or a ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic product issues related to installation, configuration, and performance for products such as LED fixtures and lighting control systems.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to sales teams and end-users.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly and accurately within a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to engineering teams and track their progress until resolution.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues and solutions.
- Identify errors or omissions in customer facing documentation and work with relevant departments to resolve or improve.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches, technical specifications, and industry standards by participating in regular training sessions.
- Assist with other technical and product-related tasks as assigned, such as creating wiring diagrams or conducting customer training.
- Assist with onsite customer service visits if required.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree or technical school certification in a related field (e.g., electronics, electrical technology) is preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support, customer service, or inside sales position.
- Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, LED lighting, and common troubleshooting techniques is highly desirable. Experience with lighting control systems (e.g., DMX, 0-10V, smart home controls) is a plus.
- Customer service skills: Proven ability to provide excellent service and maintain a positive, patient, and professional attitude, especially during stressful situations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with keen attention to detail.
