Performance: Position Specific Essential Functions

• Maintains flight readiness by checking and stocking the aircraft at the beginning of each shift and after each use.
• Conducts an on-going assessment of patient's clinical status and utilizes the assessment information to plan and implement appropriate care and treatment to patients in accordance with department guidelines, policies, procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge skills, and abilities necessary to perform nursing care on patients of all age ranges.
• Maintains required annual competencies for position to include: 3 quarterly live or mannequin intubations, annual SIM lab, clinical rotations, and invasive procedures lab as required by the medical director and/or program director.
• Assumes responsibility for preventing incidents that could lead to injury, promptly reports unsafe conditions that require actions from others, promptly reports incidents and completes paperwork, and consistently utilizes equipment properly.
• Administers medication in accordance with hospital policies, demonstrates knowledge of medications administered to include normal dosages, side effects, and expected outcomes. Documents according to policy and utilize tools/resources to supplement knowledge.

This role acts as an operational extension of the broker. By managing communication flow, organizing information, and coordinating details across multiple parties, you help ensure that brokers can move quickly and confidently while maintaining the high level of service their clients expect.

As Goodwin grows, this role helps ensure that the brokers supported through our platform are able to operate with greater efficiency, organization, and responsiveness.

What You'll Work On

Executive Assistants supporting brokers help manage the operational rhythm of the broker's day. The work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.

You will often be managing multiple requests at once while helping brokers stay organized and responsive.

• Monitoring inbound trip requests and helping brokers track active opportunities
• Drafting and sending communications on behalf of brokers to clients, operators, and partners
• Organizing aircraft options, quotes, and trip details so brokers can quickly review and respond
• Coordinating logistics such as passenger information, trip notes, and scheduling details
• Managing broker calendars and coordinating calls with clients, operators, or internal teams
• Tracking ongoing deals and ensuring key details are documented and easily accessible
• Helping manage inbox flow and ensuring important requests receive timely follow-up
• Supporting the broker during busy periods by organizing information and maintaining clarity across multiple conversations
• Maintaining accurate records of trip details and communications within Goodwin's systems
• Communicating clearly with internal teams when information or coordination is needed

This role requires strong organization and the ability to keep multiple threads moving forward at once.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting requests throughout the day.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and accuracy both matter.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize when multiple requests compete for attention.

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Bench Hand to join our team. This role involves the operation of diverse manufacturing support processes within a specific work cell. This position is for 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm).

Additionally, the Bench Hand will:

1. Complete a variety of metal finishing processes following detailed instructions in order to achieve the desired outcome as outlined in work plannings.
2. Set up and operate various manufacturing process equipment (heat treat ovens, precision cleaning, broaching, polishing, and gear checking machines).
3. Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks and other irregularities from machined parts to ensure they are in accordance with engineering blueprints, and tolerance requirements.
4. Complete inspection and/or test related activities to ensure that parts are machined in accordance with manufacturing standards and blueprint specifications.
5. Utilize files, grinders, scotch brite, fiber wheels, drills, and other hand tools for metal finishing and assembly.
6. Maintain proper identification of parts per planning specifications and ensure that accurate and reliable records and documentation are maintained.
7. Clean, organize and maintain cellular manufacturing work area in accordance with established standards.
8. Strive to accomplish team goals and enhance the quality of parts through the reduction of scrap and improvement of throughput.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED required
• 2+ years of experience manufacturing small parts completing the following processes: bench assembly, machining, deburring, cleaning, grit blasting, and parts identification.
• Experience in a precision manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings and follow planning instructions.
• Familiar with GD&T specifications and capable of performing basic inspections based on engineering drawings.
• Ability to use common measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges (pin, thread, indicator, height), optical comparators etc.
• Attention to detail, ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical lifting requirements include; ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches), capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds, a grip strength of at least 50 pounds, and be able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches).
• U.S. Citizenship status required.
• Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

General facility maintenance and repair duties as directed. Pneumatic and direct digital control experience. Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration including ice machines. Experienced in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment. Ability to cut and thread pipe to meet base fabrication needs. Maintain and install filter systems. Some knowledge of medical gas systems.
