As a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to use your digital toolset to solve some of Generac’s most complex manufacturing problems. You will be challenged to build innovative solutions that will free our manufacturing sites to focus on what they do best, while leading projects and mentoring others. This role is a member of our corporate Advanced Manufacturing team and is a key contributor in our digitalization effort.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tulip app building with MES as key area of focus
• Integration of Tulip with enterprise solutions: SAP, CMMS. Etc.
• Design, implement, and maintain analytics and dashboards in Power BI and Tulip Analytics.
• Evaluate new solutions and support lab testing with onsite proof of concept activities.
• Support end of line test cell enhancements.
• On-call rotation for after hours support of applications deployed by Advanced Manufacturing team.
• Responsible for managing assigned project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure manufacturing data accuracy from responsible systems.
• Regularly conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions with operations team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Industrial Technology
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience supporting operations technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing technical projects; including requirements, budgets, timelines, and changes.
• Proven track record of utilizing technology to drive manufacturing improvements.
• Ability to lead workshops with sites and key stakeholders to understand and document complex manufacturing requirements.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting manufacturing systems; specifically, MES. Includes others such as QMS, PLCs, SCADA, Data Historians, CMMS, and computer vision.
• Expertise with common OT programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C# and/or others
• Experience working with SQL databases, writing complex queries, stored procs, functions, and triggers.
• Experience in OT integration technologies and standards including OPC and/or MQTT.
• Experience design and developing cloud-based data analytics and reports.
• Experience working with OPC servers and data tags.
• Experience integrating OT systems with enterprise solutions using REST API and similar.

Looking for engineers to develop small gas turbine engines. Our goal is to provide energy dense designs that deliver performance according to program inputs. There are multiple engineering positions available. We are looking for those who want to contribute to the team and take ownership in getting the job done. Specifically, for the Senior Design Engineer role, we are looking for an experienced turbomachinery designer who will own the engine designs from clean sheet to production, support test rig designs and who will work closely with our manufacturing team. Experts in the field who can wear multiple hats in our dynamic development environment are desired. Responsibilities:

• Support engine development from cradle to grave.
• Join a world class team to deliver propulsion at scale.
• Creation of 3D geometry and entire rotating assemblies for engine components.
• Optimize designs for thrust to weight ratio and for DFx.
• Conduct structural analysis, fatigue modeling and life estimation as needed.
• Iterate with other engineers and manufacturing to optimize systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in gas turbine design, jet engine. development, or high-speed rotating machinery.
• Experience in rotating assembly and static structure design.
• Experience with the relevant materials, alloys, and manufacturing methods to produce turbomachinery designs.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, CREO, CATIA, Onshape, Fusion 360 or Polyworks.
• Familiarity and experience working in Teamcenter or Windchill is strongly desired.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment is a must.

Preferred Experience:

• Working specially with jet turbines, UAS and directly relevant programs.
• Hands on experience with cold and hot gassing of experimental turbomachinery designs.
• Experience with turbomachinery test rig development.

Connolly Consulting Engineers, PLLC is looking for a full-time Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our commercial buildings mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering team. The right candidate will be an experienced engineer with a professional engineer's license, who is interested in accepting a growing level of experience and responsibility for both mechanical and electrical design work. This opportunity is with a fast-moving organization in the renewable energy / electromechanical manufacturing space that is expanding its production capabilities. Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Controls to help scale manufacturing, improve quality and reliability, and ensure new products move smoothly from development into full production. The role works closely with both Operations and Product Development and includes a blend of factory-based engineering and field support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and accelerate the transition from pilot builds to consistent production.
• Partner closely with Operations and Product Development to strengthen manufacturability and throughput.
• Create, refine, and maintain work instructions, build guides, and other manufacturing documentation.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities in materials and labor, and lead implementation efforts.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across production and deployed systems.
• Test electrical equipment performance using system diagrams and test parameters supplied by engineers.
• Design and prototype internal test equipment using block diagrams, circuit schematics, and test boards (e.g., breadboards).
• Conduct firmware and electrical validation based on requirements from electrical and software engineering teams.

• Review electrical schematics, generate Bills of Material, source components from vendors, and assemble final designs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience with comparable products.
• Strong knowledge of electronic product assembly processes and best practices.

About the role:

As a Global Lead Manufacturing Engineer you will partner with manufacturing sites and the Quality Assurance functions to develop excellence in manufacturing execution (throughput, quality, productivity, velocity) and to achieve manufacturing process development to ensure manufacture of both legacy and new products. The role involves supporting global manufacturing operations and will require regular travel (30–40%) to international manufacturing facilities. • Develop strategies for optimizing and streamlining legacy fuel manufacturing operations in partnership with manufacturing sites and functional leads.

• Develop feasibility studies for new projects / process, capacity upgrades, business case for needed investment or expenditure.
• Work with WEC Site / Engineering teams on Design to Value / Design to Manufacture programs to improve Product manufacturability
• Metrics Accountability – Safety & EHS, Delivery, Quality, Cost, Cost Out, Skills Deployment, Corrective Action Completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 10-15 years in operations, engineering, quality, or program management with demonstrated experience in manufacturing process development and optimization. Minimum 2 years of experience in the nuclear or related energy industry.
• Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt and Certified Manufacturing Engineer (SME CMfgE) or PMI certification.
• RCFA & FMEA Programs, Continuous Improvement, Lean & Reliable Manufacturing - Quality Systems and Manufacturing 4.0 Engineering technology.
