We are representing a well-established commercial construction firm in their search for a Superintendent to join their growing team. This contractor delivers a wide range of commercial projects and is known for its collaborative culture, technical expertise, and long-term stability.

The Role:
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction operations from ground-breaking through project completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating subcontractors and field personnel.
Projects span multiple sectors including clubhouses, multifamily, schools, churches, and other commercial facilities, with typical project values around $5M.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily on-site construction activities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field crews
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on site
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project close-out
- Manage site logistics and sequencing for both ground-up and TI projects
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
- Experience across varied commercial sectors (e.g. clubhouses, multifamily, schools, churches, commercial buildings)
- Comfortable leading both ground-up and TI projects
- Experience delivering projects around the $5M range (ideal)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Desirable:
- Experience working closely with Project Managers on scheduling software (Microsoft Project or Primavera exposure beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes
- Experience managing multiple phases or projects concurrently

Overview
This opportunity is with a fast-moving organization in the renewable energy / electromechanical manufacturing space that is expanding its production capabilities. Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer β Controls to help scale manufacturing, improve quality and reliability, and ensure new products move smoothly from development into full production. The role works closely with both Operations and Product Development and includes a blend of factory-based engineering and field support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and accelerate the transition from pilot builds to consistent production.
- Partner closely with Operations and Product Development to strengthen manufacturability and throughput.
- Create, refine, and maintain work instructions, build guides, and other manufacturing documentation.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities in materials and labor, and lead implementation efforts.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across production and deployed systems.
- Test electrical equipment performance using system diagrams and test parameters supplied by engineers.
- Design and prototype internal test equipment using block diagrams, circuit schematics, and test boards (e.g., breadboards).
- Conduct firmware and electrical validation based on requirements from electrical and software engineering teams.
- Travel to solar tracker sites to troubleshoot, commission, retrofit, and provide technical support.
- Review electrical schematics, generate Bills of Material, source components from vendors, and assemble final designs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience with comparable products.
- Strong knowledge of electronic product assembly processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated project management or project leadership experience.
- High initiative and ownership mindsetβable to spot issues and drive solutions.
- Based in the Phoenix, AZ area.
- Exposure to solar or renewable energy technology is a plus, not a requirement.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The Role:
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing project-specific QC programs while serving as a key liaison between field teams and federal clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement QC programs in accordance with contract and federal requirements
- Ensure all QC documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Monitor field operations to ensure work quality, safety, and environmental compliance
- Support project teams with inspections, corrective actions, and compliance oversight

What Weβre Looking For:
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Active USACE CQM for Contractors certification (required)
- Proven experience on military, federal, or highly regulated projects
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with federal clients

- Specialty inspection certifications
- LEED accreditation
- OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1, CPR/First Aid certifications
- Experience with Vista/Viewpoint software
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (training available)
