The Cardiology RN works in conjunction with the Cardiology team, providers, clinic staff and primary care physicians.

This position assists in providing patient empowerment through the use of motivational interviewing skills, problem solving and self-management goal setting.

Primary Responsibilities: Works with the providers and clinic staff to identify patients with Heart failure, IHD and ensures clinical guidelines are being followed Triage patients, administer IV therapy under the direction of the providers, and relay test results after provider interpretation Conducts Chronic Care Model visits and reviews the patients informal and formal support systems, focusing on what patients want to improve and educating them about their chronic disease Utilizes appropriate motivational interviewing techniques necessary for coaching and assisting the patient to complete self-management goal / action plans Enters timely and accurate data into the EMR system and other applications necessary to communicate patient needs and to ensure complete documentation of patient visits and phone calls Responsible for remote monitoring of patients, setting parameters with provider direction, identify changes in patient vitals, conduct on
- going discussions in regards to disease management with the providers Maintains current knowledge regarding HF, IHD as well as treatments and medications related to each Establishes a trusting relationship with identified patients, caregivers, clinic staff members and physicians Conducts clinic one-on-one visits with patients, triaging, educated on disease, diet, assess patient needs.

Communicates these needs to the appropriate person (i.e.

Social Worker, clinic staff, etc.) or addresses them per process Solves problems by gathering and / or reviewing facts and selecting the best solution from identified alternatives.

Decision making is usually based on prior practice or policy, with some interpretation.

Applies individual reasoning to the solution of a problem devising or modifying processes and writing procedures Serves as a resource or consultant for LVN / MA team members Attends educational offerings to keep abreast of change and complies with licensing requirements, ensures all patient educational materials are up-to-date, and maintains knowledge of specialty and ancillary provider contract contents, to include exclusions and contract terms Collaborates with the cardiology team to recommend policies, procedures and standards which affect the care of the patient with high-risk chronic disease diagnoses such as HF, IHD, and all Cardiology related diseases Exhibits professionalism and is courteous with all patients, physicians and co-workers Performs all other related duties as assigned Thisposition is located at WellMed, Specialistfor Health Crockett Park / DowntownSan Antonio, minutes for Metropolitan Methodist .

Job Summary and QualificationsCardiac Cath Lab Tech’s demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients served. They are able to scrub and assist the physician during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral angiographic studies. Additionally, they are responsible for recording and monitoring these cases, as well as understanding hemodynamic measurements and valve area readings. 


What you will do:

  • Positions patients and adjusts immobilization devices.
  • Explains procedures to patients and addresses concerns.
  • Moves x-ray equipment into specified position and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as ma, kvp, time and distance.
  • Operates mobile x-ray equipment in operating room, emergency department, or at patient's bedside.
  • Scrubs and assists Radiologists in surgical setting.
  • Maintains and calibrates equipment.
  • Monitors, records and communicates as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
  • Assists with transporting patients.
  • Supervises, plans, and reviews the work of technical staff in multiple imaging sections on a daily basis. (Serves as department coordinator when needed)
  • Trains, orients and mentors staff members.
  • Provides safe environment for administering of contrast material.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) KC-46 Tanker Program is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and inclusive First Line Communications and Navigations Engineering Manager to lead the Communications and Navigations Systems team from either Tukwila, WA or Everett, WA .

This is an exciting time in the program as we partner with our US Air Force customer for enhanced mission systems upgrades as well as new international customers to grow the business. In this role you will be responsible for the engineering management of an integrated communication suite and aircraft navigations subsystem of electronics hardware. Leadership responsibilities will include management of the engineering team responsible for all aspects of the avionics hardware, including the design/architecture, integration, lab/aircraft testing, airworthiness certification, new business proposals, and supplier technical management. In addition, you will be in charge of managing the financial labor and material budgets as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the team.

The Boeing KC-46 "Pegasus" is the new US Air Force aerial refueling tanker aircraft designed to support multi-role missions including refueling, cargo/passenger transport, and medevac airlift. The KC-46 is a military commercial derivative aircraft based on the Boeing 767-2C aircraft and modified per US Air Force specifications for the primary mission of aerial refueling US and Allied aircraft. The KC-46 accomplishes this refueling mission using either the Hose & Drogue or the Boom systems, which are capable of transferring fuel at rates of 400 or 1,200 gallons per minute, respectively. The KC-46 is also equipped with a suite of tactical situational awareness systems and self-defensive systems that allow the aircraft to provide closer support to combat aircraft when performing missions.

This position will report to the KC-46 Mission Systems Avionics (MSA) Senior Manager and will represent the Communications and Navigation Systems team for the KC-46 Tanker Program.

Position Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership, project management, and technical guidance to the engineering teams responsible for the system design/architecture, airworthiness certification, technical supplier management, production & fleet sustainment support, and RCCA investigations.
* Control Account Manager (CAM) for the team; responsible for ensuring up to date staffing forecasts, proper employee charging, and that costs and schedules remain on plan.
* Promote an inclusive team culture.
* Champion employee performance and career development.
* Support international customer campaigns and new business development proposals.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
* 3+ years of experience in an engineering management or lead role.
* Familiarity with Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) management.
* Experience with FAA and/or Military airworthiness certification.
* Experience with avionics, communication suite systems, and/or navigations hardware.

* Strong verbal and written communications skills.
* Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months.

Position Summary: Remote/Office based with up to 25% travel Need to be located in MST or CST Timezone HFS Midstream is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to support product distribution terminals across our enterprise.

This role focuses on the design, construction, and modification of pipeline and terminal facilities, with an emphasis on electrical and instrumentation systems(PLC's, ProLogic, Flow Meters, Acculode to Multilode) at the terminals.

The Engineer will serve as a technical specialist, developing scopes of work, engineering designs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • System Design & Modification: Engineer electrical and instrumentation systems for new facilities and upgrades to existing pipeline and terminal infrastructure.

Does not need an expert in CAD • Standards Compliance: Apply NEC, NFPA, API standards, and other applicable codes to ensure safe and reliable operations.

• Control Systems Integration: Design and implement process control systems, including SCADA, PLCs, Terminal Management Systems, IT/OT considerations, and hazardous area classifications.

• Technical Documentation: Develop logic diagrams, cause-and-effect matrices, control narratives, and detailed wiring and termination drawings.

• Project Scoping: Define technical requirements and scope of work in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Electrical Engineering: Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems, control circuits, and instrumentation wiring for PLC's and Flow Meters.

Currently using Acculode • Procurement & Costing: Prepare equipment specifications, procurement packages, and cost estimates for budgeting purposes.

• Operational Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with commissioning and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).

• Vendor Coordination: Review and evaluate vendor proposals for equipment purchases and modernization projects.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in electrical and instrumentation engineering.

Experience: • Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation design for pipeline and terminal facilities.

• Proficiency in electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, conduit layouts, instrumentation loops, and PLC hardware.

• Experience selecting electrical equipment for classified areas.

Preferred: • Professional Engineer (PE) registration.

Education: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering (or equivalent).

• Ten years of applicable experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies • Ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical one-line diagrams, and instrument drawings.

• Expertise in hazardous location wiring practices, panel design, and PLC hardware.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Advanced mathematical and analytical capabilities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Toptech and DTN loading systems.

Work Conditions • Office/Remote-based with up to 25% travel.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions; ability to work outdoors.

• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing up to 200 ft, and working in confined spaces.
