About the role:

The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute
- You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
- You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
- You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
- You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
- You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
- You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
What you bring to Takeda:
- High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
- Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: EMT-Paramedic
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification

Workforce Schedulers will assist in the centralized scheduling process for park associates. They're responsible for the scheduling functions as well as generating volume forecasts, projecting staffing levels, and determining optimal schedule patterns for park operating divisions. You will work directly with park management from all divisions, as well as with associates directly to ensure that work schedules meet various business demands, as well as the needs of all staff.

Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific maintenance and technical training programs (Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical, and Radiation Protection).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. - Participates in CEC support activities, i.e. outage support, root cause support, line assessment support.
- Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
- Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
- Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
- Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.

Boeing BGS is currently looking for a Retrofit Technical Specialist (Retrofit & Repair) Level 3 candidate for our P-8 Retrofit Engineering Team, whose mission is to provide modification, retrofit, and support for the P-8 aircraft. Our vision is to provide world class, high quality, and timely Retrofit Planning, Time Compliance Technical Order and Retrofit Installation Instruction Authoring, Retrofit Project Management, Validation and Verification, Retrofit Kit Management and Installation Support. Compensation

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) has three main responsibilities:
- Project Manage all technical tasks during implementation and upgrades.
- Install and configure servers and the Care Logistics applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on premise.

Solutions Delivery Functions
- Delivery components of customer project tasks which include:
- Assist with the design and implementation of new technologies
- Assist with the sizing of customer systems
- Train new employees on all aspects of the role
- Considered a Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of the technology and project delivery
- Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and services necessary to support Care Logistics solutions
- Lead the engineering of hospital customer’s technical solutions
- Lead, plan, organize and drive the design, testing, and implementation of Care Logistics software solutions and related advisory services
- Educate customer on technical aspects of the Care Logistics system
- Interface with service and hardware system vendors to build and configure systems
- Participate in onsite customer events, including technical go-live
- Technical Operations and Observability:
- Manage alert and monitoring configuration
- Collect, aggregate, and visualize metrics to provide actionable insights
- Advise right-sizing of AWS infrastructure resources to optimize cost and performance
- Manage incident response
- Provide insight to Cloud Center of Excellence
- Additional tasks which include:
- Provide primary technical support for project team members
- Provide Tier 2 level support for Care Logistics Support team
- Create and maintain internal environments for use by Care Logistics Client Engagement team
- Create Knowledge Base articles and other technical documentation for use by Care Logistics employees and customers
- Define and maintain a clear, concise documented process for the implementation and integration of the system
- Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot and maintain existing application modules
- Participate in DevOps initiatives to improve products and operations
QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
- PMP certification and/or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years hands on experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) services such as EC2, RDS, Systems Manager, VPN, CloudWatch
- 2-4 years of monitoring systems experience using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc.
- 4-6 years demonstrated project management experience
- Advanced operation and maintenance of Linux (Red Hat Operating System)
- Demonstrated advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills
- 3+ years integrating software/hardware systems in client-server and cloud environments
- Proven organizational and delivery skills
DESIRED
- AWS certification desired
- Automating and configuring Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as EC2, RDS, VPN
- Operational best practices related to systems operation and maintenance in on-premises and AWS production environments

Job Overview:
The Supervisor, Technical Service and RMA leads the Technical Services and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) teams, ensuring exceptional service to all customer types—homeowners, distributors, contractors, and specifiers. This position oversees daily operations, manages retail and channel technical requests, and drives continuous improvement across technical service and case management processes. The Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and process guidance to enhance customer experience, ensure timely resolution of inquiries, and maintain compliance with company service standards.
This position requires strong leadership skills, technical aptitude, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and Salesforce administration. The Supervisor plays a critical role in promoting customer satisfaction, improving efficiency, and supporting the company’s commitment to excellence in landscape, irrigation, and water management products.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor the Technical Service and RMA team to ensure high-quality service and adherence to department KPIs.
- Manage daily workload, case assignments, and team scheduling to maintain consistent service coverage.
- Provide direct coaching and development to improve communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise across the team.
- Manage retail and channel technical support requests, ensuring efficient resolution and consistent customer communication.
- Oversee and maintain a structured case management process to ensure timely tracking, follow-up, and closure of technical and RMA inquiries.
Customer Support & Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate the ability to adjust communication approach to accommodate various customer types homeowners, specifiers, contractors, and distributors communicating technical information in a clear and professional manner.
- Support customers, sales representatives, and business partners with technical inquiries related to product installation, troubleshooting, and applications.
- Ensure RMA requests are processed and resolved promptly by overseeing each case from initiation through completion.
- Identify additional business opportunities through project consultation and technical expertise related to green building, water conservation, and environmental trends.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives across Technical Services and RMA operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics such as response times, case closure rates, and net promoter score, driving corrective action where needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Research & Development, Customer Service, and Production to resolve product or service issues and share customer feedback.
- Maintain and optimize ERP and Salesforce workflows, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined reporting.
- Create and maintain team documentation for service procedures, RMA workflows, and escalation processes.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Landscape, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 5–10 years of progressive management or supervisory experience in a customer service, technical support, or inside sales environment.

- Experience working with ERP systems and Salesforce CRM (administration experience preferred).
- Background in landscape, irrigation, or water management products strongly preferred.

- Proven capability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and structured case management implementation.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
- Overtime: May be required as scheduled or as necessary per business needs and applicable law.
- Must be able to adjust work hours or shifts to accommodate changing business requirements.
- First 90-days will be in the Visalia Office.
