YOUR ROLE
Responsible for negotiating with air & ocean carriers (including project and breakbulk) to secure most competitive rate and service as part of overall global ocean core carrier and/or project cargo strategy. Provide rates to internal customers in timely manner. Complete related carrier strategy and tracking projects as required. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Analyze Request for Quote material from internal customers to determine structure for strategy to support business need.
- Develop strategy and negotiate with carriers to secure most competitive rate for specific trade lanes. Present strategy with industry trend background information to upper management and final rate to upper management for approval.
- Prepare and file contracts internally and with FMC, ensure all applicable steps and back up material is in order.
- Utilize internal systems (rate tables, contract management systems, etc.) to retrieve current and benchmark requests for new rates. Complete carriers spend tracking and global carrier strategy projects in a timely manner.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility for relevant industry trends including carrier rate actions, general rate increases (GRIs) and fuel, which influence rates. Integrate carrier supply and demand, competitor actions and other capacity related factors into rate decisions.
- Prepare and update carrier profiles and matrix reports in support of global core and/or project carrier strategy and carrier management.
- Work closely as member of Corporate Team with Business Development personnel.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; Bachelorโs Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education, and/or completion of the LDP Program, preferred. Minimum 3 to 4 years job related experience. Experience in contract preparation and the requirements for FMC filings. Minimum 3 years industry experience in procurement or sourcing of transport, logistics or supply chain management, preferred.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Strong financial analytical skills with experience in performing quantitative statistical analysis, simulation models, and mathematical models. Qualifications & Experience:
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of progressive financial analysis experience with demonstrated expertise in FP&A, cost analysis, and pricing strategy

Position Overview
The Senior Preconstruction Estimator will lead pursuits, initiate conversations with owners, act as the main point of contact with proposed clients and manage the Estimating group in certain functions. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator will have daily involvement in the preconstruction phase of various projects by sourcing and reviewing potential opportunities, preparing budgetary estimates/schedules, and formulating work plans based on conceptual or schematic designs through construction documents. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator helps develop project GMP by performing quantity take-off, soliciting subcontractor pricing as necessary, and/or applying historical cost data. The Sr. Preconstruction Estimator will be involved with both public and private clients.
Assigned Responsibilities
Client Development
- Promote the growth and development of Client and Designer relationships.
- Maintain positive working relationship with Client and Architect and/or Engineer contacts to facilitate successful project execution.
- Attend Client initiated meetings throughout the preconstruction phase of the project.
- Meet with owners, architects, and other industry related professionals to network and promote the interests of F.H. Paschen.
- Monitor and review potential opportunities via various solicitation websites.
- Prepare preliminary budgets, conceptual estimates and detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction) including quantity take-offs.
- Review documents and provide input regarding general conditions, project phasing and site logistics.
- Create subcontractor/material supplier bid lists. Solicit subcontractor input when necessary.
- Prepare bid packages, obtain bids from subcontractors and material vendors, and analyze bids from subcontractors and material vendors.
- Participate in preconstruction presentations with the Owner (i.e., Design Development estimates or Guaranteed Maximum Price (โGMPโ) booklets, etc.).
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Consultants to identify, track and implement value engineering opportunities to proactively guide the design to optimize cost.
- Have a working knowledge of material unit costs, systems square foot costs and total building square foot costs.
- Research, compile and maintain historical data base for use in future preliminary budgets and pricing
- Identify and qualify new material suppliers and subcontractors and place into subcontractor database.
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.
- Maintain files of working documents as back up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc.
- Prepare instruction to bidders and other bid solicitation information as required
- Participate with the preconstruction team during the strategy meetings on the approach to the project or estimate.
- Assist in the preparation of preliminary construction schedules and work plans.
- Attend design meetings with Owner, Architect, Engineers, and Consultants
- Participate in the project hand-off meeting between the project Operations team and the preconstruction team.
- Visit on-going projects to verify status of estimate versus project status, meet with the project operations team, view work in place for experience and comparison to the estimate.
- General work hours are 7:30am - 5pm and 5-day work weeks are standard. Note that work hours and workdays may vary (changes, additions, etc.) based on critical work activities and/or required safety supervision.
- Over ten (10) years, experience with preconstruction and estimating preferred.
- Civil and Structural experience in preconstruction and estimating strongly preferred.
- Preferred four (4) year degree in construction or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling and quantity take-off software.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required
- OSHA certification preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Senior Estimator will provide and/or coordinate full estimating services specializing in heavy civil construction projects. The Senior Estimator will manage the bid/proposal preparation with a team of estimating staff, including estimators, a support administrator, and the management team. Senior Estimator and team will follow up bid proposals with value engineering alternates, CPM schedules, formal presentations, and final negotiations with clients and construction managers. The Senior Estimator will be expected to bid/manage approximately 25-50 estimates per year, ranging from $5,000,000 to $100,000,000 per estimate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bid item and activity setup, summary form data entry, bid pricing, bid closeout, and bid scheduling.
- Review and incorporate historical data from productivity analysis reports and combine manpower, equipment, material quotations, and subcontractor proposals into unit price and man-hour estimate figures.
- Provide complete conceptual budgets and final estimating input on all projects.
- Provide technical support to personnel preparing discipline estimates for assigned bids.
- Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc., to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Prepare for and attend all scope meetings with the clients and construction managers.
- Prepare for and present value engineering and CPM schedules to the clients and construction managers.
- Prepare and lead all formal presentations and final negotiations with clients and construction managers.
- Heavy Bid maintenance (labor, crew, activity, and bid master codebooks).
- Bid to project data transfer (phase codes and cost budgeting) on awarded contracts.
- Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.
- Provide award-related submittals and follow-up information to the clients and construction managers.
- Track awarded contracts as required โ may include estimatingThe /pricing extra work items, change orders, and credit.
- Assist the contracting team during preparation of inquiries and final evaluation of submitted bids as required.
- Train and mentor Junior Estimators.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and experience requirements include: a 4-year civil or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
- Must have 10+ years estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience (at least 5 years estimating) in construction with a focus on heavy civil construction.
- Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts (unit price; lump sum; TxDOT; design-build; etc.), plus the ability to coordinate and supervise group work effort is essential.
- Must have the ability to prepare complex proposals with principal oversight. The incumbent has profit/loss responsibility to the company.

POSITION SCOPE
Under general guidance of the Purchasing Manager, the Senior Buyer is responsible for FCCโs purchasing strategy through effective vendor relationship management, contract & project management, and management of suppliers. The Senior Buyer will provide direct contact for customers in the procurement of agricultural materials and services at multiple locations throughout North and Central America. Reporting to the Senior Director, Payer & Reimbursement, theAssociate Director, Pricing & Contracting Operations plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company's pricing and contracting strategies to optimize access to Nuvalent's product portfolio, as well as playing a key part in driving pricing and contracting strategy and management.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead pricing and contracting operations. This individual will support launch planning and execution by preparing strategic pricing frameworks and payer contracting strategies. They will serve as a cross-functional catalyst to optimize market access and net revenue across payer segments, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance in pricing and contract execution.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Pricing Operations
- Assist in the development and lead implementation and optimization of pricing strategies for in-line and pipeline oncology products
- Serve as the operational manager of the Pricing Committee, including:
- Managing agenda, preparation and facilitating meetings
- Aligning stakeholders and driving strategic input
- Documenting decisions and actions
Contracting Execution & Management
- Design and manage contracting strategies across key segments: Commercial, Medicare, GPOs, Medicaid, 340B, VA, Payers/PBMs, and IDNs

- Submit new contracts and updates to contract terms
- Maintain GPO rosters, updating the 3PL as needed, and prepare quarterly business review (QBR) insights in collaborations with account director teams

Data & Insights Collaboration
- Monitor competitive pricing intelligence and shifts in market dynamics
- Partner with the Commercial Insights & Analytics team to ensure accurate data ingestion, analytics and delivery
- Support Finance-led reporting with analytical and operational coordination
Access Optimization
- Collaborate across internal teams to assess and remove barriers to access:
- Partner with Finance, Payer National Accounts, Health Systems Strategic Engagement, Patient Services and Field Reimbursement Managers
- Engage with Sales to proactively identify payer policy issues, product formulary status challenges, and denial trends
- Support rebate dispute resolution and update internal teams on progress
VA/FSS Contract Administration

The Product Management Team for the Deck & Accessories category has responsibility for the overall lifecycle, sales and financial performance of these products. These include the full line of Deck, Porch, Accessories and Adjacencies (e.g. decking substructure).
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management for the Deck & Accessories, this role will have direct responsibility for all of our fastener products within the decking product category as well as certain fasteners for the Exteriors category (e.g. AZEK Trim). These products include primarily mechanical fasteners (screws, clamps/clips, etc.) made of metal or plastic composites, as well as the tools or systems used for installing these fasteners.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the creation of a product roadmap, market/competitive research and analysis, new product development and testing, technical support, supplier management (co-owned with our Sourcing Team), pricing/profitability analysis and product rationalization. The Product Manager is ultimately the subject matter expert for their category and responsible for the financial results of the product line and must ensure that the product line is meeting the goals of the company. The Product Management team members are also advocates for our customers and continually find ways to add value to all stakeholders responsible for the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, sales and installation of the product.
AZEK does not directly manufacture any of the fasteners that we sell today. However, we do play a direct, leading role in the product development process from concept, product definition, design/engineering, development and testing. Therefore, this position works primarily with key supplier-partners, outside engineering/design resources and AZEKโs Legal (IP), Sourcing and R&D/Applications organizations to drive the development and testing of these products. The Product Manager also works cross-functionally to successfully launch new products to the market and manages the complete life-cycle of existing products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This includes engaging cross-functionally across all aspects of product development and on-going product management (product development, manufacturing, logistics, quality, code compliance, applications testing, marketing, sales, customer service, demand forecasting, reporting and analysis, margin improvement, pricing and promotions, including event support).
