Your Impact
You will be a key leader within the Enterprise team at Axon. This is a Senior Account Executive role on a \"startup\" within Axon where we'll move fast, win our earliest customers in verticals outside of public safety, and build repeatable sales motions and successful partners.
Commercial partnerships are key to the Enterprise effort at Axon and the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for selling our products and services directly and indirectly to the earliest customers across retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail and logistics. At the same time, you will be working closely with the GM - Enterprise on building the Enterprise go-to-market design and team. This is a quota carrying position. Ability to think creatively, articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts, and lead the Axon team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training.

What You'll Do:
As an associate you will be working within one of several teams:
* Receiving: This team accepts our customers' new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
* Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming.
* Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. The packing team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owns all responsibility around those shipments.
* Other Duties as Required: We are a team which means you will be asked to help out in other areas out of your normal day to day responsibilities to ensure the operations are running efficiently.
What You'll Bring To The Table:
* Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time

Rilla's Customer Success Team sits at the unique intersection of customers, product, and go to market. This role blends traditional in-house counsel responsibilities with legal operations leadership. The Associate Counsel will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements while building scalable legal infrastructure, managing regulatory workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives across Compliance, Risk, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate is business-minded, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-growth fintech environment.
Core Responsibilities
Commercial Agreements
• Draft, review, and redline complex commercial agreements, including sponsor bank agreements, reseller agreements, enterprise merchant agreements, Master Services Agreements, product addenda, NDAs, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to accelerate deal velocity while maintaining risk discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and coordinating account openings, onboarding processes, and KYC documentation requirements for company and its counterparties.
- Coordinate, draft, and manage execution of confidentiality agreements (NDAs) with prospective counterparties and investors.
- Prepare and complete routine tax documentation, coordinating closely with internal accounting and tax teams as well as external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
- Support ongoing compliance initiatives and regulatory reporting requirements in coordination with internal compliance teams and external advisors.
- Monitor compliance with credit facility covenants and prepare and deliver regular reporting packages to lenders
- Maintain and track servicing/renewal requirements under contracts and related workflows in firm systems
- Prepare and maintain documents relating to entity management and firm governance, including structure charts, organizational documents, incumbency certificates, etc.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Previous experience working with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts as a paralegal

The Medical Technologist performs a wide variety of complex critical tests and analyses in the areas of Blood Banking, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology and Parasitology which provide clinical information for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases. Responsible for overall quality, efficiency, and safety in the performance of assigned technical duties.
