The candidate will be a team player in a technology organization responsible for Middleware Infrastructure environment. The organization consists of highly trained system engineers and administrators, whose responsibilities include sustaining, engineering and production support of our Middleware environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Middleware products/environments including new installations, upgrades, maintenance and tuning, monitoring and capacity planning.

  • Participate in 24x7 rotational On-Call production Middleware Infrastructure administration support for business-critical applications.

  • 5-7 + years’ experience in containerization and Orchestration (Kubernetes, docker Etc.)

The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.

Key Duties

  • Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis

Role Overview

The IT Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation of the company’s technology systems and provides internal help desk support across the organization.


This role requires strong troubleshooting ability, clear communication, and a systems-oriented mindset. The IT Coordinator will help maintain user access, configure employee technology, and support core platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365.


You’ll serve as a key support resource for Team Members across the company, helping resolve technical issues, maintain system reliability, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our technology environment.


This position is based in Brooksville, FL, with hybrid flexibility depending on operational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support and resolve internal technical issues across company systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues for Team Members
  • Configure laptops, mobile devices, and system access for new employees prior to onboarding
  • Administer and support internal platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Maintain user permissions and system configurations across company tools & platforms
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of internal documentation, SOPs, and system procedures
  • Monitor recurring issues and help identify opportunities to improve system workflows and processes

DUTIES

  • Identify and assess investment opportunities in companies across several sub‑sectors of U.S. Tech & Consumer across private and public stages.
  • Evaluate, conduct due diligence, and execute investments.
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and help to lead them into public listing or divestment.
  • Lead due diligence, financial modelling, draft of investment papers, co‑ordination of internal approval processes and finalization of legal documentation in transaction processes.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with companies, corporate partners and other relevant institutions.
  • Develop, and coach junior members of the team.
  • Develop and renew industry/sector knowledge as well as macro and regulatory changes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field of study.
  • 3 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving investing in the areas of private equity, growth, or public markets.
  • Experience specified must include each of the following:
  • 3 years of experience with financial analysis to support investment decision utilizing general accounting and finance principles including Profit & Loss modeling and valuation analysis.
  • 3 years of experience with researching and explaining market events utilizing quantitative and analytical skills.
  • 3 years of experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • 3 years of experience with research resources including Capital IQ and PitchBook.
  • 2 years of experience in investing in the Technology and Consumer sub‑sectors.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week.
  • Requires up to 20% domestic & International travel.

SALARY

Salary: $221,400 to $273,000/year


Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week
