We’re looking for a highly motivated, extremely online Crypto Twitter Intern (with the intent to convert to Full Time) to help us stay on top of the fastest-moving narratives in crypto. Cross-Cloud & Vendor Integration: Create and maintain decision frameworks for platform selection (e.g., Copilot Studio for Teams integration, Vertex AI for GCP workloads). Advise clients on balancing vendor lock-in risks with integration benefits.

GenAIOps & Observability: Define the architectural standards for GenAIOps, including CI/CD, IaC, and observability. Establish standard metrics to track agent decision traces, latency, token consumption, hallucination, and cost.

Safety, Security & Governance: Architect enterprise-wide guardrails for safety (hallucination mitigation), security (prompt injection defense, PII masking), and fairness (bias detection). Apply governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) and design human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.

Enterprise Integration & Scalability: Architect scalable integration patterns for agentic systems with enterprise platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Teams, Dynamics/Salesforce, ERPs) and compute (Kubernetes). Ensure patterns address security, data residency, and compliance.

Technical Leadership & Client Advisory: Combine technical architecture with strategic guidance. Lead C-level workshops on Agentic AI adoption, advise on roadmaps, and shape technology strategy. Mentor other architects and contribute to industry thought leadership.

Core Qualifications (The Bar)

The position offers meaningful exposure at Board level and will be instrumental in preparing the company for future fundraising, major technical milestones and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the development of robust, milestone-driven financial models aligned to hardware R&D phases and technical risk retirement
• Establish forecasting and budgeting frameworks suited to capital-intensive engineering environments rather than traditional revenue-led models
• Play a central role in preparing the business for future capital raises and strategic financing events
• Partner closely with the CEO as a trusted executive advisor on capital allocation, timing of major spend events, and strategic trade-offs
• Build KPI frameworks that connect engineering progress, operational execution, and capital efficiency
• Design and manage budgets for advanced research, silicon development, external vendors, and manufacturing partners
• Produce short-, mid-, and long-term strategic financial plans tied to key technical and commercial inflection points
• Support contracting and financial oversight for government, research, or regulated-industry engagements
• Prepare detailed Board materials and investor reporting, providing clear insight into progress, risks, and capital outlook
• Act as a business partner across engineering, operations, and leadership teams, challenging assumptions and improving decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Background in investment banking, corporate finance, VC/PE, or strategic finance
• Senior finance experience within a capital-intensive hardware technology business
• Experience operating in R&D-heavy, technically complex environments (e.g. semiconductors, deeptech, advanced computing, robotics, defense, biotech, climate tech, spacetech, AI)
• Exceptional financial modelling capability
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on finance leader in an early-stage VC environment
• Excellent communication skills with the credibility to engage engineers, investors, and board members
• High level of commercial judgement and intellectual curiosity

Nice to Have (Non-Essential):

• Experience in a venture-backed technology company that has raised significant institutional capital
• Exposure to semiconductor, hardware, or infrastructure-led business models
• Experience supporting government or highly regulated customers
• Track record of building finance functions from first principles

Compensation: $220,000 – $300,000 base + bonus + meaningful equity participation

Seeking an Ultrasound Technologist/Ultrasound Sonographer for our practice who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role: 

• Perform ultra sonic medical diagnostic procedures as directed by physicians  

• Schedule patients for ultrasonic diagnostic procedures  

• Position patients and select the appropriate transducer 

• Conduct scanning procedures using ultra sound equipment moving scanner over specified body area and adjusting sonograph equipment to focus 

• Manage processing and documentation including developing film, making hard copy images, documenting tests, and ensuring department records, reports and files are correct 

• Maintain ultrasound equipment and notify management of faulty equipment 

• Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values Statements  

What Qualifications you will need: 

• Minimum of one year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer is required 

• Must be certified in diagnostic ultrasound in accordance to state regulations 

• Current ARRT or ARDMS license is required. 

• FLORIDA ONLY: Must possess a current and unrevoked ARDMS. 

• TENNESSEE ONLY: Must possess state license to perform imaging procedures in a physician practice
