Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking a Territory Manager to manage the Arizona and Las Vegas territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of Weather Shield window and door products in a specified territory. Maintaining current accounts and prospecting new accounts. Promote Weather Shield products across the territory, driving account growth. The ideal candidate will have some industry experience and be self-motivated, timely and accurately perform work. Development of a positive working relationship with supervisor, co-workers, other employees and outside contacts. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain relations with current established account and develop new accounts.
- Support accounts with sales training, product samples and attending sales functions.

Must have good customer service skills, ability to build and maintain relationships. Must be proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

This role is to provide the best customer service for our customers in alignment with the business objectives and goals of the organization. You will assist customers and other team members regarding product, pricing, status of orders, or any other questions they may have. This is a fulltime onsite position that reports to the Medford, WI office. Hours are generally 8am - 5pm central time, with rotational coverage of 7am shift and 6pm shift.

You will work as a part of a team to help build, integrate, and test some of the world’s largest multi GPU systems, benchmark them using industry standard tools, and deliver the next generations of AI and HPC infrastructure.
You will:
• Deploy, configure, and validate GPU accelerated compute clusters for AI, ML, and HPC with NVIDIA Base Command Manager (Warewulf and OpenHPC knowledge are a plus)
• Perform benchmarking with HPL GPU, HPL MxP, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, OSU Microbenchmarks, and related tools
• Produce as-built documentation, performance reports, and share best practices amongst the team.
• Configure and secure RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky for GenAI or HPC workloads
• Work directly with customers onsite (travel both regionally and across the U.S.)

The Senior Account Director – Hyperscalers owns GMI Cloud’s relationships with:

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) DC Planning
- OpenAI Compute Infrastructure Strategy and other hyperscaler AI infrastructure teams.
Your mission is to drive multi-year, multi-MW, take-or-pay capacity agreements, enabling those organizations to scale AI compute with GMI’s GPU cloud and data center platform. This is a highly strategic role requiring deep industry knowledge, credibility, and a proven ability to work with Director–VP level infrastructure leaders.
What You Will Do
1. Build and own relationships with hyperscaler infrastructure decision-makers
- Engage Director/VP-level leaders in AI infra, DC planning, capacity engineering, and compute procurement.
- Serve as a trusted partner on AI infrastructure scaling, budget cycles, and long-term planning.
2. Drive multi-year strategic GPU capacity deals
- Structure and negotiate multi-MW GPU cluster contracts across H200, B200, B300, GB200, GB300.
- Lead offer design: capacity reservations, take-or-pay agreements, global region planning.
3. Navigate hyperscaler procurement and internal workflows
- Understand vendor onboarding, RFP/RFQ cycles, security reviews, compliance, and infra governance.
- Work closely with engineering, infra ops, DC build teams, and finance stakeholders on the customer side.
4. Partner internally with GMI SA / Infra / Ops / DC teams
- Align customer requirements with GMI’s global capacity roadmap.
- Coordinate technical validation, POC, readiness checks, and deployment schedules.
- Ensure smooth execution from contracting to delivery.
5. Drive account growth and long-term partnerships
- Develop joint roadmaps with hyperscalers for future MW expansion.
- Build multi-region execution plans across US West, Central, East and APAC/TW AI factories.
- Own quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and long-term renewals.

The most current list of the aforementioned equipment can be found in Section V of this statement of work.
Conduct radiation compliance testing after all repairs affecting the imaging chain (generator, X-ray tube, collimator, image receptor) of a unit or any other modification that makes re-testing necessary.
These compliance tests may need to be performed on an urgent basis which may include weekends to assure that the device operates within compliance.
Provide compliance reports that include measurements obtained to determine compliance, indicate whether the tested parameter passed or failed, and recommend corrective action for a failed test.
Provide analyses of the current and possible future quality assurance programs through the use of audits, reports and tests and recommend improvements for implementation.
Participate in the quarterly review/ optimization of computed tomography, digital radiography, computed radiography, and fluoroscopy protocols as well as reviews of patient and personnel exposure records.
Support new and or ongoing installations of radiation producing equipment.
This includes providing consultation/ direction as applicable and necessary regarding site prep, room design, and shielding requirements.
He/she shall oversee shielding installations and verify that the installed shielding is acceptable.
He/ she shall make shielding calculations and evaluations for the facility as needed.
As needed, he/she will participate in pre-purchase evaluations and acceptance testing.
Assure compliance with the Joint Commission Sentinel Alert 47 and will design and analyze patient dose evaluations/ dose reconstructions annually and as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
These reviews shall be conducted in accordance to industry recognized standards and best practices.
Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews at least annually, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging, mammography, computed tomography, fluoroscopy, linear accelerator and other x-ray producing imaging equipment.
The report shall document whether the program is complaint with the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) standards, American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) reports (TG 66 and TG 142), manufacturer's specifications and ACR guidance such as the "Technical Standards for Diagnostic Medical Physics Performance Monitoring of CT Equipment".
Reports shall include a detailed listing of QA parameters reviewed, indication of whether the tested parameter passed or failed, and recommendations for corrective action for a failed test.
Attend quarterly meetings of the Radiation Safety Committee and Sub-committees and will periodically brief executive leadership on program status.
Conduct an analysis of staff-submitted fluoroscopy procedure times for identifying high risk procedures.
Advise the hospital's Occupational Dose Program and generate detailed reports as it relates to the program.
Provide at least one (1) radiation safety and patient dose reduction in-service per year to the clinical staff, who use radiation producing equipment.
Assist the Chief of Radiology in completing physician fluoroscopy credentialing.
Fluoroscopy safety training shall be conducted at least biannually prior to recertification/re-credentialing for fluoroscopy privileges.
Provide business hours phone consultation as needed.
Provide emergency response/on call as needed.
Perform work that meets all National, State, and VA codes, requirements, and standards to include, but not be limited to, The Joint Commission, The Office of the Inspector General, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the National Health Physics Program, and the American College of Radiology.
Respond to survey new or malfunctioning equipment and emergency consultation within one business day of the request.
QUALIFICATIONS Must be an American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified Medical Physicist.
