The Rolls-Royce PHM-SDI team is seeking a skilled Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) capability to design, develop, and deploy diagnostics and engine management capabilities for F130 (B52) program. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that engine health algorithms are developed, verified, delivered, and implemented to capture critical engine health data. This data will be structured, stored, and made accessible to support analytics, machine learning models, and decision-making systems.
This is a high-level technical role that require a strong understanding of gas turbine engine operation and behavior, combined with solid data and analytics skills. What you will be doing
- Developing condition indicators and health indicators, implementing fault detection, fault isolation, and fault accommodation logics, creating predictive and prognostics algorithms

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in California is between $147,000 - $250,000 and in New York is $147,000 - $250,000.
