Seasonal Rangers provide customer service throughout the City of Kirkland's park system with a focus on our waterfront parks during the busy summer season. Seasonal Rangers provide education and information regarding park rules and regulations, ensure the payment of moorage fees and enforce the rules of the City of Kirkland harbors, respond to reports of off-leash dogs or other safety concerns, open and close parks, pick up litter, update signage, collect garbage, and restock, clean, and sanitize picnic shelters and restrooms in partnership with the greater Parks Management division.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Public relations and customer service to community members using the park and visiting the Harbors.
• Enforce moorage payment is made in a timely manner and follow up with boater's in non-compliance.
• Maintain daily moorage and incident logs.
• Manage reserved areas of the Harbors for boaters and tour ships and ensure areas are open for those who have made proper arrangements.
• Enforcement of park rules, harbor rules, moorage regulations and other laws and regulations pertaining to the site.
• Provide support and education to community members using the parks.
• The Park Ranger will have a limited commission to issue warning and violation notices for parks rules.
• The position may be asked to help maintain the park facilities by opening and closing parks, emptying garbage cans, picking up litter, updating signage, and assisting in the maintenance of the restroom facility and basic dock maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate a City vehicle, and perform foot patrols.
• Ability to use the computer for reporting, communication, and documentation.
• Ability to establish positive communication while enforcing park rules. Knows and understands Park rules and City ordinances.
• Must be able to keep accurate logs, documentation and reports.
• First-aid / CPR and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Knowledge of Parks & Community Services business and best management practices.
• Must have excellent communication skills and demeanor.
• Excellent situational awareness and ability to discern difficult situations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire.

• Ability to interpret and enforce specific sections of the Kirkland Municipal Code (KMC).

• Must successfully complete a thorough background check as required by the Child/Adult Abuse Information Act.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in marina operations and safe boating practices, community outreach and education, enforcement of local regulations, public health and safety, and natural resource management.
• One year of customer service experience.
• AA or BA/BS degree in education, public health and safety, natural resources management, or a related field.

Hours of Work:

• This seasonal program operates May through September.
• Hours of work vary between 11am and 9pm. [A typical shift may be 4, 6, or 8 hours in duration].
• Evenings, Weekends and Holidays are required (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) as part of regular shift.

Working Conditions & Physical Activities:

• Position works outdoors in all weather in parks and public marinas. Occasionally requires lifting of supplies and equipment of up to 50 pounds. Requires driving and walking within and between parks along the length of the Kirkland waterfront; may include bending, reaching, and the use of small hand tools.

About the role:

The Logistics Coordinator is located at our Andover, MA location and is responsible for administrative and clerical functions of the facility supporting the Materials Manager. Also, this position is responsible for the physical actions required to receive, ship, and maintain inventory levels

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pickups and deliveries
• For parts that go through inspection and have been approved; transact the parts to stockroom location in SAP and move to stocking location
• Refill Production line.
• Ship finished goods and other items as required, including international shipments. This includes doing Bills Of Ladings, verifying material, packing material for shipment and SAP transactions.
• Process SAP business system transactions daily to support business including production, receiving, and shipping transactions.
• Run audit reports from SAP to identify/verify errors for inbound & outbound shipments.
• Backflush finished goods in SAP, release transfer orders to ship, work with Material Analysts on component parts that need to be ordered.
• Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) inventory management practice.
• Perform cycle count process to include generating physical inventory report beforehand, and researching discrepancies.
• Work with Materials Manager to file damage claims with carriers when needed.
• Contribute ideas to further continuous improvement success practices to assist department.
• Create shipping labels.
• Recordkeeping and filing of paperwork to include bills of lading, packing lists, and incoming goods receipts.
• Verify, process, and put away incoming purchase orders.
• When receiving LTL shipments confirm skid – box counts.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years Forklift experience
• 3+ Years Relevant Experience
• Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50lbs
• Forklift License/Certification
• General experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work overtime if needed.
• Experience in Shipping/Receiving or Warehouse environments
• Positive attitude and customer focused mindset.
• Understanding of material management including cycle counting, purchase orders, first in first out procedures, shipping.
• Understanding of shipping, procedures for LTL, international shipments, and small package shipping.

A plus, but not required:

• General experience working with SAP ERP Business System.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $58,853.08 - $60,132.80 annually.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the client's South Coast Plaza store. This is a highly service-driven boutique with a close-knit team and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.

Working closely with the Area Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations, sales performance, and team leadership. The role is primarily operational and client-facing rather than strategic, with a strong emphasis on leading by example on the shop floor, maintaining high standards, and supporting a small sales team in achieving store targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Store Operations & Daily Management

• Support the Store Director in the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sloane Street store.
• Ensure consistently high standards of client service, store presentation, and operational execution.
• Act as a senior point of contact on the shop floor, handling client needs and resolving issues with confidence and discretion.
• Open and close the store as required and support rota planning and daily coverage.

Sales & Client Experience

Team Support & Development

Stock & Back-of-House Support

Reporting & Administration

• Support basic sales reporting, daily figures, and store administration as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Associate within luxury retail, ideally fine or high jewellery.

Strong sales and clienteling skills with a genuine passion for luxury service.

Comfortable working in a smaller store environment where roles are hands-on and varied.

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Confident communicator with a collaborative, supportive leadership style.
