Summary/Objective
The Division Director is a senior executive role responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the division. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader owns divisional strategy, commercial execution, and delivery excellence while serving as a key member of the management team.
The Director acts as the senior client‐facing leader, driving enterprise‐level growth opportunities, overseeing contract and SOW execution, and ensuring services are delivered with consistency, quality, and regulatory discipline. This role is accountable for building scalable teams, strengthening operational governance, and transforming the division into a sustainable, high‐growth engine aligned with enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, agility and quick response time to customer and employee request may be required at all times to include evening and weekends.

Part and Supplier Development Engineer ensures that Supplier Quality systems, processes and build capabilities meet the design intent of the customer and are compliant with the end customer's needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead supplier APQP of different projects.
- Support new program launches, supplier localization, resourcing projects...etc.

What you will work on:
- Oversee the Thermal and Mechanical processes needed to produce aluminum seamless tubing to meet applicable AMS and ASTM industry specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of applicable industry and customer specifications and maintain current revisions.
- Oversee product testing and release through QA Lab including mechanical testing, external testing, and the measurement tool calibration system to ensure that inspection tools are maintained and are in current calibration.

What you will bring to the position:
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering preferred.

Adaptec Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex industrial automation and material handling projects from concept through commissioning. In this high‐impact, high‐visibility role, you will serve as the primary customer contact and guide cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to defined scope and quality expectations.
You will manage a project portfolio of approximately $2M–$5M, influence PMO practices, strengthen customer relationships, and support the continued growth of Adaptec's project management organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all phases of project execution from kickoff through final acceptance.
