Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the top 3-5 constrained work centers and provide an executable Production Schedule and manage detailed production schedules for those W/C’s. Work with Production leadership to manage and address the constrained work centers.
- Review and release job orders to the floor based on production readiness criteria
- Report on production control KPI’s – job orders released and on time releasing
- Design, build and maintain integrated master schedules, and generates accurate and timely reports for analysis of capacity utilization
- Facilitate daily meetings as needed with key stakeholders to review the execution of the schedule
- Conduct RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) for the top 3-5 constrained work centers and other areas that are near capacity. Report the status to the appropriate departments and personnel to show what capacity is available to support upcoming customer sales order requirements.
- Through analysis and discussion with Engineering and Production personnel, set and maintain production parameters, i.e. standards, to support the development of an executable schedule.
- Isolate and drive the resolution of work order quantity variances and material remnants.
- Support Customer Service, Engineering and sales revenue objectives by working collaboratively to develop the production schedule.
- Ensure there is adequate sprint capacity for rapid product development, strategic expedites and similar work, as well as spikes in demand
- Identify and lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and procedures to remove non-value-added effort in the master scheduling process
- Ability to determine safety stock levels along with economical build quantities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS) in related field or equivalent
- 5+ years of Master Scheduling experience or 3 years Master Scheduling experience plus 2 years directly related experience.

Position Summary
The Workforce Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization has the adequate skills and capabilities to meet the short-term and long-term goals of the site. The Workforce Readiness Manager will partner with site leadership and human resources to ensure operational stability by accelerating operator progression resulting in a talent pipeline of experienced operators and own the overall training and developments plan for the site.

Qualifications
Education:

Work Experience:
- Successful track record as a Manager or Assistant Manager in airline catering required.

Job Summary: The Operations Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow platform within the Operations team. This individual will act as the primary liaison between Operations stakeholders and the ServiceNow implementation team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, workflows are designed to meet operational needs, and the platform delivers maximum value post-deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Phase
- Conduct deep dives into operational and technical processes to understand current workflows.

Post-Implementation

Qualifications:

This onsite role blends low‑volume/high‑mix (LVHM) production planning with Kinaxis RapidResponse super‑user responsibilities, including scenario modeling, parameter governance, S&OP/IBP alignment, CTB improvement, and cross‑functional planning leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Kinaxis RapidResponse (Super‑User Level)
- Own scenarios, what‑ifs, alerts, dashboards, and planning parameter governance.
- Train planners & partners to strengthen APS adoption and planning discipline.
- Support enhancements, configuration updates, and APS improvements.
Demand, Supply & Inventory Planning
- Lead demand inputs, consensus cycles, and change‑impact analysis.
- Manage supply plans using finite/infinite capacity logic across complex BOMs.
- Drive inventory optimization through policy governance & exception management.
Production Execution & CTB Readiness
- Maintain accurate production schedules for multi‑level assemblies.
- Own CTB visibility, long‑lead risk tracking, and material readiness.
- Partner with Manufacturing to resolve capacity, shortage, and schedule risks.
S&OP / IBP & KPI Management
- Prepare inputs for S&OP/IBP and lead scenario modeling.

- Work with Engineering on ECR/BOM change impacts.

Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing ops—ideally high‑tech or semiconductor with complex, multi‑level assemblies.
- LVHM contract manufacturing experience (Sr/Master Planner level).
- Strong ownership of demand planning, supply planning (finite/infinite), and inventory optimization.
- Proven S&OP/IBP governance & cross‑functional alignment.
- ERP proficiency (SAP or Oracle) + advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and training capability.
Required Technical Skills
