What You'll Do

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. Overview
Weβre looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Account Manager who can run day-to-day customer needs and also convert inbound warm leads into new programs. Youβll own customer communication, coordinate internal execution, and move opportunities forward, from initial request to quote to launch.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven SCM Specialist (B2B) to spearhead our North American supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will initially lead the setup and stabilization of our logistics processes on-site at our West Coast Fulfillment Center. Once operations are stabilized, this position will transition to our Corporate Headquarters (HQ). What You'll Do
The following duties are considered essential functions of the role, including but not limited to the responsibilities outlined below.
- Operational Setup: Directly manage B2B retail logistics channels from the West Coast hub during the initial launch and stabilization phase.
- Inbound & Outbound Oversight: Supervise inbound shipments from Global HQ (Korea) and manage all outbound B2B orders, warehouse transfers, and retail distributions.
- Inventory Control & Reconciliation: Lead on-site inventory management, ensuring 100% stock accuracy through regular reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical audits.
- 3PL Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison with our 3PL warehouse team to optimize receiving, picking, packing, and shipping performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: 2β4 years of professional experience in SCM, B2B logistics, or warehouse management.
- On-site Flexibility: Ability to work on-site at the Bloomington, CA facility full-time during the setup phase, with the intent to transition to the LA office later.

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Account . You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our business relationship with Sephora and other retailers. Key Responsibilities
Sephora Account Management & Growth Strategy
- Own the day-to-day management of the Sephora account across in-store and
