Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering sales presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and developing new business opportunities. Some work from home is acceptable in this role. Sales reps are required to work at our location two afternoons per week.

Responsibilities Prepare parts by washing, masking, and hanging them for painting.
Sand and clean parts to ensure optimal paint adhesion, including bondo preparation work.

Maintain paint lines, spray booths, and other related equipment.

A working artist in Coconut Grove, Miami is looking for a Studio Assistant Painter to help with the creation and production of paintings.
This is an in-person role for someone who enjoys the studio environment and has hands-on experience working alongside an active artist.

What you’ll do
- Assist with painting in acrylics and oils on canvas

Powder Coat Specialist Responsibilities
- Load parts onto conveyor line and ensure proper preparation for paint/powder coating (tape, plug, bond, etc.).
- Ensure parts are clean and dry before entering the paint/powder coat spray booth.
- Unload parts from the conveyor line and ensure 100% quality of all parts.
- Ensure that all parts are delivered in a manner that prevents damage or defects and with proper paperwork.
- Follow and adhere to the rework policies when handling defective parts from final customer or internal production.
- Must be able to effectively use area tools and equipment, such as forklifts, drill press, power drills, air tools, hand grinders/orbital tools, pressure washers, etc.
