Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Installation Engineer to join our chemical plant construction project in Baytown, Texas (Baytown, TX), USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Piping and Instrumentation (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. This role requires solid technical expertise, extensive on-site practical experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
What you will do
1.Supervise and manage the installation of MEP systems, including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), power supply and distribution systems, lighting systems, fire protection systems, plumbing systems, process piping, and instrumentation equipment.
2.Review MEP design drawings, technical specifications, and relevant technical documents to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.

Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to the North American and Canadian business groups. The HR Manager will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities managing employee relations and partnering with department managers on regulatory compliance, employee development and performance. They will also partner with other HR team members on long-term projects and provide support to the Global HR Leader. This position requires working onsite four days per week, with one remote day. Essential Functions
- Support production, factory and corporate staff; coordinate, schedule and track temporary production staff as primary agency contact

The Senior Applied Meteorologist / Weather Services Lead will be responsible for delivering high-quality applied meteorology services while driving business growth, client development, and service innovation. This role blends technical meteorology expertise with consulting leadership, client engagement, and strategic expansion of Trinity’s weather and atmospheric intelligence capabilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide decision-grade, site-specific weather forecasts tailored to client operations, assets, and risk profiles.
- Lead the development and application of pollutant forecasting services by integrating meteorological analysis, emissions data, and modeling results to deliver actionable air quality insights.
- Lead fire weather forecasting efforts, including Red Flag monitoring, fire weather indices, smoke dispersion, and incident-specific briefings.
- Conduct advanced wind analysis and forecasting to support air permitting, dispersion modeling, flare operations, crane/lift planning, and wind-sensitive activities.
- Design and support meteorological monitoring networks, including instrumentation selection, deployment, QA/QC, and data validation.

What you will work on:
- Be able to lead, coach, develop, and motivate subordinate personnel to achieve department objectives in a timely, safe, and environmentally compliant manner.
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure all plant assets are maintained in the most effective manner possible while sustaining continuous plant operations.
- Lead craft supervision and/or planning group; has the ability to perform maintenance supervision duties for any area of the plant.
- Provide and apply technical expertise in development of area maintenance teams, reliability procedures, and continuous improvement of process efficiency and performance.
- Facilitate technical Root Cause Analyses of asset failures or degradation associated with maintenance of large and sophisticated mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment including an electrical substation.
- Work as an integral member of the Maintenance team to manage a comprehensive predictive and preventative maintenance program while sustainably minimizing repair & maintenance cost.
- Partner with asset owners to manage asset health across the facility. Facilitate productive relationships and effective communication between the Maintenance department and the other plant production and support departments.
- Deploy technical training to improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance personnel to achieve reliability goals.
- Develop functional competence in the Alcoa Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for supervisors and crafts employees.
- In conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisors, facilitate positive labor relations within the Maintenance department. Function as the company’s maintenance representative involving union contract issues.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the maintenance budget to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Fulfill department-specific Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
About you:
- 5+ years of progressively increasing leadership experience in maintenance or engineering within industrial, commercial, or military environments.
- Project leadership and planning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business-related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience in mechanics, machine operations, electric-electronics, instrumentation, or associated maintenance within industrial, commercial, or military environment.
- CMRP certification. Industrial smelting experience. Leadership experience within a unionized workplace.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for their assigned area to ensure there are no immediate or potential plant problems that threaten safety or production.
• Ensures work requests are issued for items to be worked on.
• Makes sure maintenance work is performed per procedure and standards.
• Maintains an electronic log on K2 database that describes plant issues and work that was performed on specific pieces of equipment.
• Works with the operators to develop their area knowledge and operating skills.
• Audit work permits to ensure that that they are being followed correctly.
• Audit Lock out tag out and provides feedback to the operators on any deficiencies.
• Audit weekly, monthly, yearly check sheets (pump swaps, car seal list safety shower checks etc.) and report those findings to the operations manager.
• Assign and assist operators in outage planning. (LOTO, clearing, etc.)
• Assigns housekeeping duties and ensures assigned housekeeping is performed.
• Coordinates and assists with procedure development and review.
• Continuously look for opportunities for improvement in their assigned areas.
• Assist or take on ownership of updating and creating procedures where gaps exist in current operating discipline and procedures.
• Assist operators and engineers with troubleshooting plant process issues.
• Active participant in department EH&S program, including spending time in field with other team members coaching and providing feedback regarding implementation of EHS programs and policies.
• Assist and participate in RCIs in area of responsibility.
• Strives to promote and create a positive working environment.
• Participates in the monthly safety council meetings.

Salary Range

The starting base pay for this role is between 160K - 190K annually at the time
of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education,
experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of K2 Pure Solution's
competitive total compensation package that can include strong benefits, perks
and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the

Project Engineer – Capital Projects / Project Manager
St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | Engineering
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead capital projects at our St. Louis facility, supporting operational excellence, safety, and long-term growth. This role will drive full lifecycle capital project execution within a process manufacturing environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while aligning with business strategy and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong plant engineering experience, hands-on construction leadership, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, EHS, and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital projects from scope development through commissioning and startup
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and third-party contractors
- Provide technical leadership to plant engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
- Support reliability improvements, production optimization, and maintenance planning
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Care, ISO 14001, ASTM, ASME, and related standards
- Develop capital cost estimates and engineering studies to support project justification
- Integrate safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements into all phases of execution
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, including remote contractor oversight
- Drive continuous improvement in capital efficiency and project governance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (required)
- 10+ years of capital project engineering experience in chemical or process manufacturing
- Strong background in equipment and piping design, installation, and plant construction
- Experience with material handling and pneumatic systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners
- Working knowledge of Responsible Care, ISO 14001, ASTM, ASME, and applicable standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% as project needs require
Preferred
- PMP certification or formal project management training
- Experience with reliability-centered maintenance and process safety management
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
