Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Significant hands-on experience in a CNC machine shop environment.
  • Proven experience with CNC RFQs, CNC quoting, and supporting CNC production in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes (turning, milling, multi-axis preferred), materials, tolerances, and GD&T/blueprint reading.
  • Demonstrated experience estimating cycle times, labor, tooling, and overhead for CNC-machined components.
  • Experience working closely with CNC programmers, machinists, and production teams.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and experience navigating ERP/MRP systems.
  • Industry experience in aerospace, pipe fittings, hydraulics, hoses, or similar precision manufacturing sectors.

As an Offer Management Pricing Analyst at Granite Telecommunications, the role will focus on coordinating the company's efforts in creating customer quote proposals. Offer Management Pricing Analyst's will work closely with the Premier and Sales Department to ensure pricing accuracy of all quote proposals and meeting the pricing needs of current or potential customers. The Personal Lines Risk Manager has a service‐driven personality and is experienced at marketing complex personal insurance risks. They will determine appropriate markets and work directly with companies to place personal insurance plans ranging from home, auto, umbrella, collections, boats, and secondary dwellings.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Promptly address requests received from Wealth Managers, clients, and carriers regarding insurance quote status, coverage, claims, or administrative issues.
  • Creates ACORD and various other company applications as needed to place coverages requested.
  • Submits applications, loss runs, etc. to various markets to obtain quotes as quickly as possible.
  • Reviews quotes and resolves any discrepancies directly with the underwriter and communicates final quotes to clients.
  • Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals for Customers as needed.
  • Confirms binding of coverage with carriers and issues binders.
  • Issues Auto IDs for new business policies as needed.
  • Invoices agency‐billed policies and executes premium finance agreements as needed.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Property and Casualty Insurance Agents License in Kansas or Missouri.
  • Able to market and place insurance coverage promptly and independently –
  • identifies appropriate markets, submits risks for quotes, presents quotes to insured, and binds coverage as elected.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to receive, interpret, and respond to complex issues.
  • An ongoing effort to obtain professional designations such as CISR, CIC.
  • Strong relationship‐building skills with Wealth Managers, companies, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to be a team player and adapt to a fast‐paced, ever‐changing work environment with a positive attitude.

Position Responsibilities:

§ Account Management & Service: Own a book of business with recurring accounts. Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, follow through on order status, and ensure excellent service.

§ Quoting & Pricing: Issue accurate quotes using pricing logic and margin targets. Spot opportunities to grow the account or preserve margin, and escalate as needed.

§ Order Coordination: Review orders entered by support team; verify accuracy and handle exceptions. Coordinate with operations, procurement, and shipping as needed.
