As a member of the Programmatic Sales & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Pinterest's advertising growth and revenue through a full-funnel sales strategy. What you'll do:



  • Develop and execute full-funnel, programmatic sales strategies for top-tier clients, driving measurable business results across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and agency partners, leading strategic deal negotiations, QBRs, and educational sessions focused on ad tech innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Pinterest's programmatic ad offerings and digital ecosystem trends, influencing media strategies and solution adoption.
  • Advise on best practices in programmatic buying, data integration, measurement, and optimization to maximize campaign performance on Pinterest's platform.
  • Serve as point of contact for programmatic campaigns working with Ops teams to manage deal creation, campaign setup, technical troubleshooting, and real-time optimizations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to craft actionable recommendations and guide clients toward sustained programmatic growth and ROI.

What we're looking for:



  • 6+ years in client-facing digital media sales roles, with deep expertise in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or media strategy.

Overview

Jennifer Behr is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and grow the global wholesale business across hair accessories, fashion jewelry, and bridal. Key Responsibilities


Wholesale Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute the global wholesale strategy across domestic and international markets to grow wholesale sales across the board
  • Set seasonal sales targets, account plans, and growth initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities across major retailers, specialty boutiques, and international partners
  • Support category expansion and increase penetration across existing accounts

Account Management

  • Partner with the CEO on budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking


Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, growth, sell-through, margin, and account performance
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Use data to identify risks and opportunities across regions and categories


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of wholesale sales experience in luxury fashion, accessories, or jewelry
