A mentor parent is a mother or father with previous lived experience in the child welfare system who has successfully reunified with their children and completed their legal case. A mentor parent cannot have any open legal case, and the court cannot have jurisdiction over their family. If substance use disorder was an issue in their juvenile dependency case, the mentor parent must possess a personal commitment to a clean and sober lifestyle and understand recovery programming.


The mentor will serve the client as part of a team that includes the client’s attorney and a social worker. The attorney will provide direction to the mentor. The mentor will meet with clients in the community and support them in both their criminal justice-related matters and child welfare matters. They will help the client navigate the court system by providing their own experiences as a parent in the system.


Responsibilities

About the Role

Zac is seeking his first-ever dedicated Executive Personal Assistant, someone who will sit in-office daily and serve as his operational right hand across both his professional and personal life. The company has scaled from 5 to 24 people, is navigating a major growth phase, and the CEO's time is at a premium. The EPA will be the connective tissue between Zac's work calendar, his home, and the people who depend on him including his team, his wife, and their two young children.

Key Responsibilities

EXECUTIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT

  • Own and manage Zac's calendar end-to-end, syncing professional commitments with personal obligations and stakeholder availability (including his wife's schedule)
  • Triage Zac's inbox (Superhuman), draft responses, create templates, and escalate only when necessary
  • Act as the team-facing point of contact in Slack collect action items owed to Zac, track deliverables, and produce a daily/weekly digest

Position Summary: We are searching for a proactive, resourceful Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing team! You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing new business and onboarding clients. As a consultative seller, you’ll educate attorneys on our pay-per-lead value proposition and grow your own book of business.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Consult potential clients and qualify them for The Direct Leads Service product and/or The Nolo leads product.
  • Source and qualify prospective law firms nationwide using research and outreach.
  • Find and engage key decision-makers through calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Present the value, features, and ROI of Martindale Avvo Leads in a consultative fashion.
  • Guide clients through proposals and contracts, customizing solutions as needed.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and activity targets.
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Coordinate with the account management team for a seamless client experience.


Ideal Candidate


  • 1+ years of full-cycle inside sales experience (prospecting to closing).
  • Experience selling to law firms/legal tech or professional services is a plus.
  • Tech savvy: familiar with Salesforce (or similar CRM), G-Suite, and Outreach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong relationship- and trust-builder.
  • Self-motivated “hunter” mentality with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
  • Quick learner with strategic thinking and curiosity about digital marketing and lead generation.
