Venue Oversight

- Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and ensure that Product Specialists are compliant as well.

- Respond to daily live Sales Reporting with infield visits or communications with Product Specialists.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on Product Specialist performance, team progress, and operational challenges.
Operations
- Take responsibility for Product Specialist uniform, presenter kits, and stock.
- Troubleshoot Help Chat and other various communications in real time with Product Specialist team.
Brand Representation
- Represent the company and its customers, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in event management, promotions, sales, or a similar field, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations is highly preferred.
- Strong background in consumer engagement, sales promotions, and managing large-scale events.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Territory Sales Representative Primary Responsibilities
- Build an ongoing relationship at the contractor, dealer, distributor, and builder level and is knowledgeable of all Atlas products, programs, and sales & marketing tools.

- Monitor retainer payment status and coordinate with Finance to confirm receipt and clearance.
- Verify retainer compliance prior to authorizing product release.
- Issue retainer replenishment requests when balances are depleted.
- Communicate retainer status and compliance updates to Client Services.
Account Hold & Release Management (Past-Due Balances)
- Monitor all accounts with invoices exceeding 90 days past due.
- Coordinate with Finance to confirm aging accuracy and validate that no unapplied payments exist.
- Flag non-compliant accounts for product release holds.
- Communicate hold status to clients, Client Services, and Sales.

Scheduling Clearance & Financial Compliance

- Prepare supporting documentation for potential bad debt or write-off recommendations.
- Ensure all client billing records, correspondence, retainer documentation, and account notes are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Prepare and support AR reporting related to billing volume, retainer status, invoice aging, and hold/release activity.
Finance Coordination

Requisite Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or client account management.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience managing AR aging and working within billing or financial systems.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy and firmness.
- Client-service mindset with the ability to balance revenue protection and relationship preservation.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively across departments, particularly with Finance and Accounting.
Work Schedule:
- 5 days/40-hour minimum, with some after-hours as needed.
- Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Overtime may be required for strategic initiatives, leadership meetings, or peak case volume periods.

RentWerx Property Management is hiring a full-time Business Development Specialist to own and execute our growth and outreach efforts across San Antonio, Texas.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consistent execution, real-world marketing, and being actively involved in the local real estate community. Your job is to make sure RentWerx is visible, present, and top-of-mind with real estate agents, investors, and referral partners — every single week.
This is not a “sit behind a desk and post on social” role. This is a hands-on, field-based marketing position focused on outreach, relationships, content, and events.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Sales Consultant and leadership team to drive:
- Realtor outreach
- Referral relationships
- Event presence
- Content creation
- Webinars and educational marketing

Key Responsibilities
You will own and execute:
Realtor & Referral Outreach
- Make consistent outbound calls to real estate agents and referral partners
- Visit at least 2 real estate brokerages per week
- Call past clients and owners for referrals
- Maintain and grow referral partner relationships
Events & Community Presence
- Attend at least 1 real estate event per week
- Represent RentWerx at meetups, networking groups, and industry events
- Coordinate sponsorships and speaking opportunities when applicable
Webinars & Education
- Schedule, promote, and manage educational webinars for investors and agents
- Assist in creating presentations and follow-up materials
Content & Brand
- Create at least 1 video per week (short-form or educational)
- Create and schedule social media content
- Launch and manage a local Facebook Group
- Update marketing materials, one-pagers, and presentations
- Assist with basic paid ads (Facebook, boosting content, etc.)
Market Reporting
- Create and distribute monthly rental market updates to brokerages and referral partners

This role creates the pipeline environment that allows the company to win.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (depending on experience)
Performance Bonuses
- $500 bonus when company adds 30+ units in a month
- $1,000 bonus when company adds 40+ units in a month
(Directly tied to overall company growth — not individual sales pressure.)
On Target Earnings:
$65,000 to $70,000
