Responsibilities- Consistently delivers and books an annual average of $2-3M in total anticipated profit (as aligned with profit plans) with a focus on building high quality backlog
- Develops and executes a Business Development (BD) plan/pipeline with consultation and guidance from the Director/Senior Director of Business Development, including: Individual BD Roadmap, Market Sector Analysis, Focus/Must Win/Strategic/Strategic Few, and Expected Hit Ratio aligned with BL market mix and gross profit targets
- Contributes to the BU business plan and goals
- Maintains benchmark target of 8-10 focus prospects in CRM at all times, reflecting a mix of clients aligned with BU goals
- Demonstrates a mix of new and residual sales
- Creates and articulates capture and differentiation strategy for each focus pursuit
- Develops champions on pursuits and regularly completes majority of pre-sell steps

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting hourly rate for this position is between $19.26-25.68 per hour. Rapid Finance is expanding our sales team and we are now recruiting for Business Advisor training classes. A Business Advisor is responsible for building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offering them financing solutions. This is a B2B sales role where you will be consulting with business owners on a daily basis to help them achieve their financial goals. We're looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who are looking to start or continue to grow a thriving career in B2B sales.
Build Trust: Become a trusted advisor to your clients through the delivery of world-class client service. Understand their business and gather information about their financial situations, goals, and objectives. Must be able to provide value and sell yourself first and foremost.
Educate and Advise: Evaluate and understand hundreds of financial programs and options for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Advise clients on the financing process and recommend the best capital solution for their needs.
Fast Pace: This is a very fast sales cycle and work environment. You will be communicating with many different clients on a daily basis and most transactions are completed in 1-3 days.
End-to-End Sales Role: Our Business Advisors are responsible for facilitating the sales process from start to finish. This includes prospecting clients via call, email, & text. We leverage automated sales support to aid in initial prospecting, but you take over once a client replies or calls in. Part of the prospecting process is done via outbound phone calls. Business Advisors are expected to make 70+ calls per day between initial calls and follow-up work.
The Journey To Business Advising: Upon starting as a Business Advisor, you will complete a one-month, hands-on training program to get you ready before you hit the sales floor. This training program is heavily dependent on repetition and practice. You will learn the specific sales plays & training, hear them in action from current/previous Business Advisors, and then put them to practice in repetition sessions. You will also be trained on the support systems that will help you be a successful Business Advisor. This includes phone systems and other sales support technology, qualification guidelines, underwriting/funding process, Rapid Finance Marketplace, etc.
Once initial training is complete, you will continue to hone your skills with our Sales Director while in a production role. On-the-job training includes continued group training as well as listening to calls and getting direct feedback on how you can improve your process to increase conversions. We pride ourselves on continued coaching to better our Business Advisors and help them climb the promotion tiers within the Business Advisor role. It's one thing to retain information that is trained, we need people who can put it into play and have the discipline to execute on it every time.
Rapid Finance will not sponsor applicants for work visas of any kind for this position. Total compensation package includes a base pay of $30K plus commissions and additional cash incentives. Compensation expectation in total is $125,000-$175,000 per year.

Candidate Profile
Education and Experience Required

Position Summary:
An Account Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts assigned to that Account Manager. The Account Manager reports to the General Manager, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our crews, sales team members and clients.
Account Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manages the overall day-to-day operations of their crews and coordinates with the team of fellow Account Managers on shared resources
- Ensures that customers are completely satisfied through relationship building, communication and regular site visits
- Identifies resources needed for team and assigns individual responsibilities: schedules, crew members, equipment needs, and repairs
- Available to crew leaders for horticulture training, equipment repairs, daily instructions, labor conflicts
- Ensures a safe environment for employees, clients and the general public
- Effectively applies Landscape Workshop methodology and enforces project standards
- Recommends enhancement services to clients in order to improve site conditions; coordinating with other branch employees to ensure enhancement work is completed successfully, on time and within budget
- Minimizes Landscape Workshop exposure and risks on projects
- Effectively communicate (written/verbal) business development opportunities with team members and sales representatives
- Track and report team hours, extra expenses and extra sales on a weekly basis
- Assists Branch Manager with project budgets
- Facilitate client meetings effectively
- Conducts regular status meetings with crew leaders
- Estimate jobs when needed
- Follow up on proposals generated
- Oversee care and maintenance of equipment
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers
- Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferred

Position Overview
The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of exterior remodeling production once projects are sold and turned over from our Project Advisors. This role is primarily office-based in Fulton, MD, with occasional field visits for inspections, subcontractor vetting, and quality checks.
You’ll lead and train production team members, manage subcontractor relationships, ensure efficient project scheduling, and maintain profitability across all jobs. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional ready to take the next step in leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all production operations for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors projects.
- Take ownership of projects after sales handoff (detail sheet, deposit, etc.).
- Train, mentor, and support Production Coordinators and team members.
- Vet and onboard new subcontractors while maintaining relationships with existing partners.
- Schedule and track projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Order materials, dumpsters, and portable restrooms for job sites.
- Monitor budgets and job costs to ensure profitability.
- Review and resolve project issues early to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Track production metrics and maintain accurate data in Zoho (our project management system).
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to maintain smooth project flow.
- Enforce safety and quality standards on all projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of construction or production management experience (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior remodeling strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of residential construction and exterior systems.
- Proven leadership and team training experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management or CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct site visits as needed.
