The Manager, Workday Integration is responsible for overseeing the integration development, leading a team of Engineers in developing Workday integration code, including Studio, EIB, Reports, and BIRTs as part of the Workday Student implementation.
The Manager leads a team of Software Engineers and performs a range of managerial duties including interviewing, hiring, terminations, salary adjustments, mentoring, coaching, performance review, and staff development.
The position manages the day-to-day development activities and is responsible for the associated tasks within the software development life cycle, including project management, planning, coordination, testing, documentation, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
The Manager is expected to provide consistent and clear written and verbal communications, monitor individual and team progress, and proactively address schedule issues as necessary.
At times, this position requires hands-on software development to complete initiatives on time.
As a member of the leadership team, the Manager will provide progress briefings as needed, participate in activities to fulfill the department’s mission, and perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Purpose
This role works as part of the Essex Modern Technology & Engineering (MT&E) team and will be focused on owning and driving the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at the company. This is a senior Staff-level role with operational and strategic deliverables across client-facing projects and internal company initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing user interfaces, design system(s), and providing design strategy/leadership to support life science research in the public and/or private industry. This role will work on client project deliverables as well as in-house Essex deliverables to grow the overall Essex Human-Centered Design (HCD) capability. Responsibilities

- Lead the development of design solutions that solve complex and challenging UI/UX problems.
- Meet with engineering team leads, and business and product owners to kick-off the design process at project inception.

Qualifications
- A deep understanding of design techniques and principles involved in the production of conceptual prototypes and wireframes.
- Subject matter expertise in accessibility, accessibility tools, VPAT reviews, application interaction design, and design systems and frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, USWDS).
- Experience providing design and accessibility deliverables on multiple projects
running concurrently. - Comprehensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Excellent understanding of and experience with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate concepts and recommendations confidently to a variety of audiences.
- Thorough, methodical, and exhibits meticulous attention to detail.

Pay Rate:

How will you make an impact?
The Lead Electrical CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed model designs, modifying existing designs, and working collaboratively with engineers and other team members to meet product specifications. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of various electrical design tools, is detail-oriented, and can effectively communicate design ideas. A strong understanding of Electrical design principles, manufacturing processes, power distribution, automation control (PLC), and electronic device parts are critical. Test System Development: Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes. Test Software Development: Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process. This software may include code for controlling test equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and generating test reports

The Software Test Development Engineer play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of hardware products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for contributing to the end-to-end architecture, definition, development and production deployment of production software applications and infrastructure spanning multiple customers and manufacturing regions. You will also be responsible for interfacing with internal engineering, manufacturing and quality teams and our end customers to ensure your software deliverables meet the rigorous standards of Jabil’s world-class manufacturing environments.
Test System Development: Design and develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes. This includes creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess the functionality and performance of hardware components or devices such as motherboard, memory, CPU, storage (SSD, HDD, NVMe) and PCIE devices (NIC, GPU, Mezz cards, RAID cards)
Test Software Development: Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process. This software may include code for controlling test equipment, collecting and analyzing data, and generating test reports
Test Sustaining: Support and maintenance for the manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) level test software and infrastructure deployed at our production facilities, including the implementation of minor system configuration changes (new IPNs)
Maintain comprehensive manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) documentation of test procedures, specifications, and Infrastructure
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure alignment on testing requirements and quality standards
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to keep manufacturing processes competitive and up to date
Definition and collaboration on overall test infrastructure and application architectures
