Job Summary: Provide underwriting and wordings support to assigned Specialty Risks teams or focus groups and general support across Specialty Risks and other Beazley trading teams as necessary.

Wordings:
* Primary focus is on drafting policy wordings and endorsements to support business/underwriting objectives of the assigned Specialty Risks team/focus group.
* Assist the focus groups in addressing coverage issues raised in the underwriting and negotiation process to assist in successful closing of business opportunities.
* Assist the focus groups in achieving sales and service goals by providing high quality and timely response to queries raised.
* Providing support on underwriting, product development, and coverage issues.

* Manage the US, UK and RoW Product Development and Product Delivery process which includes: product development, drafting, addressing questions and objections from state departments of insurance when necessary for US platform products.
* Manage the US admitted filings and supporting the filing process for wordings and endorsements.
* Coordinate projects and work collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally, including but not limited to Compliance, Claims, Conduct Risk, UW Controls and Operations, Specialty Risks, Marketing and IT.
* Monitor competitive landscapes for the continuous improvement or wordings and underwriting controls.
* Participate in Team/Focus Group Business Planning, Away Days, Broker/Client meetings and other Marketing events, as required and appropriate.
* Provide assistance with additional projects and/or legal services (if qualified) for Business Management, Specialty Risks or other Beazley teams, as needed.

Position:
The Engineering Project Manager will report directly to the PMO Manager and will be responsible for leading and managing assigned NPI Projects from project initiation through production hand-off.
Key Goals:
The EPM goal when managing projects is to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations while maintaining the scope, quality and any costs associated with the project. The Engineering Project Manager will oversee and manage the activities of multiple projects involving contracted component/assembly processes, equipment/tooling builds, and plant layout tasks that support all three AVNA facilities.
Responsibilities:
- The EPM will facilitate communication between the customer and the internal project team. The EPM will guide contractual conversations, technical conversations, and production conversations.
- The EPM manages activities for cross-functional team members that include Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Automation Engineers, Toolmakers/technicians, Maintenance, product supervisors, estimating/quoting/sales, Buyers/Planners, outside vendors, etc.
- Develops and maintains multi-phase project plans and timelines while adhering to scope, quality and project costs. Any milestone dates, risks, or failures must be clearly communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
- Identifies project risks and addresses accordingly during all stages of the project. The EPM must understand the use of technical and financial information from past projects and the experience of subject matter experts.
- The EPM will collaborate with a multi-functional team to resolve technical challenges. The EPM will assist with troubleshooting, data analysis and in-depth evaluation of the process, equipment or tooling when needed.
- Oversees all project operation rate variants as it relates to gross profit margins. The EPM alters/improves processes with the technical lead during the NPI stage as it relates to cost, efficiency or quality.
- Works with outside suppliers to develop or confirm material, component or assembly processes.
- Works with outside vendors for gages, tooling, equipment or services that are required within the project plan or capital expense.
- Technical writing will be owned by the EPM such as IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports. The EPM must ensure other technical documents are correctly completed during the specified project phase per any phase gates.
- Convey meeting minutes with specific actions/timing for all internal and external meetings that are led by the EPM.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience as an engineer or project manager, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Hands-on technical support in the Berlin, CT facility and New Britain, CT facility is required.
- Formal project management training (PMP certified) is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Account Representative maintains quality relationships, services the needs of customers and troubleshoots order progress and any issues that may arise in the plant while maximizing sales potential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Customer Account Representative (CAR) at Arcmed Group is responsible for understanding customer needs, communicating them effectively to production, and completing the communication loop back to customers. This includes but is not limited to managing incoming orders, answering questions, and solving problems for customers and prospects.
- Entering orders and confirming changes in Arcmed’s ERP system. Sending confirmations to customers promptly.

The Sales Executive will drive new business by acquiring customers and generating revenue with our BFSI vertical.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role involves creating demand, building a pipeline, and closing deals.
The Sales Executive will lead new logo pursuits and nurture client relationships by leveraging expertise in the modern customer experience outsourcing incorporating digital transformation solutions such as consulting, conversational AI, RPA/automation, messaging, and analytics to elevate customer engagement beyond traditional offerings.

POSITION SUMMARY:
At Windsor Federal Bank, the Residential & Consumer Mortgage Loan Originator serves as a trusted advisor and lending expert, guiding clients through the stages of the mortgage and consumer loan process - from initial inquiry to successful closing. This role is pivotal in helping individuals and families realize their homeownership and borrowing goals by providing tailored advice, timely communication, and exceptional customer care throughout the pre-approval, application, and closing phases.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of referral sources - including real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisors, and internal partners - to generate new business and meet both individual and organizational lending goals. The Loan Originator also represents Windsor Federal Bank in the community by participating in outreach efforts and financial education initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Originate and Advise: Guide potential borrowers through the residential and consumer loan process, offering personalized advice and financial education at every step—from initial inquiry and pre-qualification through application, underwriting, and closing.
- Build Referral Relationships: Proactively develop and nurture referral relationships with real estate professionals, attorneys, investment advisors, internal bank employees, and community organizations to drive loan originations.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person, phone, and or virtual meetings to evaluate borrowers' financial profiles and lending needs, ensuring a positive and informed customer experience.
- Loan Application Management: Prepare and submit complete, accurate loan applications and ensure timely delivery of all required disclosures and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, referral partners, and internal departments to ensure timely updates and an efficient closing process.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about current real estate and lending trends, local market conditions, and changes to federal and state regulations affecting residential and consumer lending.
- Community Involvement: Represent the bank at real estate and community events, homebuyer seminars, and local business activities to promote awareness and increase visibility of Windsor Federal’s mortgage offerings.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary financial products such as deposit accounts, home equity loans, and consumer lending services.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential lending, with a proven track record of $20 million or higher in annual mortgage originations or equivalent underwriting expertise in accordance with secondary market standards.
- In-depth knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, CHFA and proprietary loan programs, along with compliance regulations including HMDA, ECOA, TILA, and RESPA.
- Strong financial analysis skills, particularly in evaluating personal and business tax returns.
- Proficiency in using mortgage lending software (preferably Encompass LOS) and related technology platforms.
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation for making outside sales calls and/or to meet loan applicants as needed.
- Requires the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) Registration.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership.
