Position Summary
The Retail Workforce Management Specialist supports the planning, analysis, and system administration activities that help optimize labor deployment across the retail organization. Reporting to the WFM System & Labor Standards Manager, this role assists with maintaining workforce management systems, validating labor standards, and generating labor performance insights. The WFM Specialist helps ensure schedules align with customer demand, business goals, and compliance requirements to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Management System Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating the WFM platform (e.g., Legion, Kronos, UKG, Reflexis) to support accurate scheduling, forecasting, and timekeeping.
- Partner with IT and HR teams to monitor integrations with payroll and POS systems.
- Support system testing, upgrades, and rollout of new features or configuration changes.
- Provide day-to-day user support and assist in developing training resources for field and store leaders.
Labor Standards & Modeling Support
- Help collect and organize data used to validate labor standards and staffing models.
- Conduct time studies or data reviews to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support the creation of workload models that align labor needs with sales forecasts and service expectations.
- Maintain documentation of process standards and assumptions for transparency and consistency.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate recurring reports and dashboards on scheduling accuracy, productivity, and labor performance.
- Identify data inconsistencies or trends and escalate findings to the WFM Manager.
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to ensure alignment between forecasted and actual labor results.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with Store Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to support labor planning initiatives.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and rollout of new WFM features or labor model updates.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in workforce management, labor analytics, or retail operations support.
- Familiarity with WFM platforms (Legion, Kronos/UKG, Reflexis, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Position Summary:
- Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products used on maintenance of way equipment for the railroad industry.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of fundamental and advanced Fluid power principles and ability to apply knowledge in the design of complex hydraulic/pneumatic circuits in an OEM environment.
- Complete fluid power systems experience with all levels of hydraulic/pneumatic components from pumps, motors, valves to actuators.
- Significant experience in mobile/construction equipment hydraulic/pneumatic system design, and development.
- Study, research and analyze customer specifications, manuals and other data to assist in creating machine work orders.
- Compiles and analyzes operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment or product.
- Plans, schedules and coordinates the preparation of hydraulic/pneumatic projects to meet deadlines.

- Uses EPLAN Fluid for the automated design and documentation of circuits in fluid power installations in hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling and lubrication complying with current standards such as ISO 1219.
- Ability to systematically solve hydraulic/pneumatic related problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Supervise the detailed design and drafting of the hydraulic/pneumatic components and installation drawings with cad designers.
- Keeps informed of new methods and practices in system designs and components.
- Plans and develops experimental test programs.
- Analyzes test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
- May require some traveling to customer job site to evaluate problems and report back to management with findings.

Education:
As a minimum require a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field with at least 2-5 years of experience in the field of mobile hydraulic design. Experience to consist of relevant product design or development of hydraulic components or motion control systems.
Certified fluid power hydraulic specialist (CFHPS), NFPA (National Fluid Power Association) or other fluid power organizations certificate is preferred.
In addition to having the technical qualifications, a fluid power engineer must be a good team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The individual must be able to think practically and authoritatively, able to accommodate the company's deadlines, budget, and other resources to make informed decisions for their projects.
Knowledge: Incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

Job Summary
Account Directors are responsible for oversight of all aspects of the contract between EMCOR and the client to include financial, relationship and leading all components of the cross functional team. Qualifications

Medi Home Health and Hospice, a proud member of the Medical Services of America, Inc. family, currently seeks an experienced Full-Time Account Executive to join our Hospice team to in the Chesapeake and Suffolk, VA communities.
Responsibilities of Account Executives include:
· Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually.
· Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
· Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources.
· Meet regularly with the clinical team.
· Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth.
· Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations.
· Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.
· Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the home health continuum
Job Requirements
· Three to five years Home Health and/or Hospice Sales and Marketing experience required. Preferably in the geographical market of employment.
· Must have a referral base following of your own.
· Outstanding communication skills accompanied by excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
· General knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
· Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and consistently meet established quotas.
· Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.
