This position is primarily responsible for working across internal departments to find sales opportunities and using a collaborative approach to close on those opportunities to help drive the credit and debit card portfolio growth.
As a Card Sales Specialist, you will:
- Credit Cards
- Work with Retail, Commercial, Ag, and Treasury Management Teams to find opportunities to cross sell our Nicolet Card Products
- Duties include a consistent cadence of calls and meetings with potential new customers to close on sales opportunities, new account onboarding, servicing existing credit/debit card accounts, and error resolution
- Escalation points of contact for Frontline, Call Center, and Operations teams for advanced servicing requests and issues
- Assist with training sessions for internal employees related to credit/debit card products
- Provide reporting & analysis for credit/debit card portfolio performance, trends, and opportunities to drive cardholder usage.
- Instant Issue
- Provide training to new retail bankers and branches for best practices.
- Maintain current Instant Issue procedures and communicate changes as needed to Frontline.
- Create, Review, and Provide Instant Issue reporting to appropriate teams.
- Special Projects
- Assist Project Teams with new product implementations.
- Assist Project Teams during Bank acquisitions & conversions.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Act as the point of contact for customers. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Unload trucks.
* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move directly to sales floor.
* Build merchandise displays.
* Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves.
* Restock recovered merchandise.
* Assist customers by locating merchandise.
* Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom.
* Comply with company policies and procedures.
* Greet customers.
* Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.
* Collect payment from customer and make change.
* Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners, as needed.

Your Impact
As a Merchandise Presentation Analyst II, you will directly influence the in-store experience by developing and maintaining planograms that balance customer shopability, brand standards, and business performance. What You’ll Do
- Create, maintain, and update planograms using enterprise space planning software (JDA preferred) for assigned categories and supporting areas of the business.

- Serve as a subject-matter expert in physical merchandising, supporting store sets and in-store execution when needed to inform best-in-class presentation direction.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Merchandising and product knowledge background preferred.
- Required experience building planograms (JDA experience preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and SketchUp.

Water Treatment Technical Service Rep. is responsible for providing technical/troubleshooting assistance, general product information, warranty assistance, and limited parts order processing on product that requires extensive product knowledge. Responsibilities

Assoicate Degree in related field preferred

- Independently decides which brokers to focus on and which products to recommend
- Promotes sales of health care products to small business (2 to 50 employees) customers, through brokers
- Educating and keeping brokers up to date on UnitedHealth Care products and pricing
- Evaluating and discussing with brokers how UnitedHealth Care products meet the needs of the brokers' customers
- Independently developing and delivering recommendations to brokers on which products to market against competing products
- Assisting brokers in developing sales proposals, including anticipating competing products and distinguishing United Healthcare's products from those competing products
- Attains regional and health plan goals related to specific targeted health care products
- Produces agent/broker sales that result in profitable premium levels for the company

Required Qualifications:
- Current sales license or ability to obtain one upon hire
- 3+ years of account management/sales experience
- 3+ years of business proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting materials to clients
- Ability to travel up to 25% to meet with brokers within the NJ or MN area
- Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
- Located in East New Brunswick, NJ or Minnetonka, MN
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis
- 3+ years of experience working in partnership with underwriting and finance

The salary for this role will range from $50,000 to $115,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
