This position is primarily responsible for working across internal departments to find sales opportunities and using a collaborative approach to close on those opportunities to help drive the credit and debit card portfolio growth.

As a Card Sales Specialist, you will:


  • Credit Cards
  • Work with Retail, Commercial, Ag, and Treasury Management Teams to find opportunities to cross sell our Nicolet Card Products
  • Duties include a consistent cadence of calls and meetings with potential new customers to close on sales opportunities, new account onboarding, servicing existing credit/debit card accounts, and error resolution
  • Escalation points of contact for Frontline, Call Center, and Operations teams for advanced servicing requests and issues
  • Assist with training sessions for internal employees related to credit/debit card products
  • Provide reporting & analysis for credit/debit card portfolio performance, trends, and opportunities to drive cardholder usage.

Your Impact

As a Merchandise Presentation Analyst II, you will directly influence the in-store experience by developing and maintaining planograms that balance customer shopability, brand standards, and business performance. You will use data, analytics, and hands-on merchandising expertise to make informed recommendations on assortment, facings, capacity, and space allocation.

Partnering closely with Merchandising, Inventory Control, Fixtures, Signing, and Store Operations, you will ensure planograms are accurate, executable, and delivered on timeโ€”supporting seamless execution at the store level and driving incremental sales across the business.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Create, maintain, and update planograms using enterprise space planning software (JDA preferred) for assigned categories and supporting areas of the business.
  • Leverage design and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to support clear communication and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in physical merchandising, supporting store sets and in-store execution when needed to inform best-in-class presentation direction.
  • Monitor seasonal shifts, sales performance, and market trends to adapt planograms and space strategies accordingly.
  • Own planogram execution timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Schedule and lead category review kickoff meetings, driving collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders including Merchandising, Inventory Control, Fixtures, Signing, and other partners.
  • Create reporting and validation tools to ensure planogram accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Facilitate proactive communication with stakeholders and invite feedback from store teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain optimized space allocation recommendations, including minimum and maximum capacity by category, merchandise program, and fixture type.
  • Make data-informed recommendations on choice count, facings, and capacity to support strong presentation and appropriate inventory levels by store.

What You Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) required, or equivalent relevant experience.

Position Summary:

Mortgage Originator originates all first mortgage, 1st lien, home equity, and HELOC applications for members and potential members, properly identifying the appropriate product based on member's needs, objectives, and circumstances.

Essential Functions:

  • Take complete and accurate mortgage, 1st lien, Home Equity, and HELOC loan applications for all real estate loan requests, following applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage individual application pipelines and assist in collecting additional processing documents as needed. Assist in managing pipelines of team members as needed.
  • Assist in achieving overall departmental and individual goals by delivering real estate loans per the established service standards of delivery.
  • Communicate with all parties concerning the processing loan applications including borrowers/buyers, realtors, builders, inspectors, etc.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate loans with borrowers.




Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Demonstrated dedication to positive, member-focused service.
  • Must meet loan originator standards under the Truth in Lending Act.
  • Ability to meet all standards under the SAFE Act and be registered as a mortgage loan originator through the NMLS
  • Ability to pass FBI background check.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure member related issues are handled in a fair, consistent manner.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work through member situations and provide effective and accurate resolutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Three plus years of real estate lending origination experience, specifically conventional mortgage origination following Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac guidelines.
  • Two plus years real estate lending origination experience, specifically in home equity and HELOC origination, with demonstrated sales experience.
  • Experience in using an automated loan origination systems including automated underwriting platforms.
  • Working knowledge of standard real estate products in the industry and strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulations.
  • Experience with government programs such as FHA/VA is a plus.
