Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. Our Bespoke division provides a luxury one on one shopping experience for customized engagement rings and wedding bands. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of bespoke diamond specialists. The Bespoke Sales Manager will be responsible for elevating the client experience for custom bridal pieces. You will play a pivotal role in managing our sales team, driving growth, growing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in our Tribeca location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to meet sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Data Scientist will play a critical role in building the foundation of Boot Barn’s AI and Data Science division, with a focus on developing advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. This position will lead the design and deployment of models that power data driven solutions to support cross-departmental products, and intelligent agentic systems.
Working closely with AI/ML and Data Engineers, this individual will ensure models are robust, well-designed, and ready to scale, while contributing to the establishment of data science best practices across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy predictive and generative AI models to address high-impact applications such as personalization, forecasting, marketing automation, and conversational agents.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, causal inference, and A/B experimentation to uncover insights and validate model performance.
- Develop high-quality, modular Python code for model training and experimentation using libraries and frameworks such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to productionize models through containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data and AI/ML Engineers to establish RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.

STORE MANAGER DUTIES
- Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
- Implement and uphold an environment of continuous learning by exhibiting expert-level product knowledge across all categories and developing a training plan for each store partner to achieve full competency in all product categories such as western boots, work boots, denim, hats and add-ons.

The Social Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s social compliance and ethical sourcing programs across global apparel manufacturing partners. This role ensures factories meet company standards, legal requirements, and international labor codes while driving continuous improvement in working conditions, transparency, and responsible production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social compliance program aligned with international standards (WRAP, BSCI, SMETA, SA9000, BV ONE PAS).
- Develop policies, procedures, and corrective action processes.
- Lead risk assessment and factory segmentation strategies.
- Oversee third-party and internal social compliance audits.
- Review audit reports and ensure corrective action plans are completed.
- Conduct factory visits and onboarding evaluations as needed.
- Serve as primary contact for suppliers on compliance requirements.
- Train vendors and factory management on Boot Barn compliance standards.
- Partner with sourcing, quality, and sustainability teams.
- Track compliance metrics and audit performance.

Overview of Responsibilities
As a Meat/Seafood Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will be working in one of the most popular departments in our store! As a Meat/Seafood Clerk you are responsible for providing a high level of customer service, practicing safe food handling procedures and a high level of product knowledge and preparation techniques. A hands on position, the Meat/Seafood Clerk receives, stores, and grinds meats; unloads and transports fresh, cured, and boxed meats and poultry from delivery truck; counts and weighs incoming articles and compares results against an invoice; and examines meats in storage and rotates meats to avoid aging. A Meat/Seafood Clerk provides a high level of prompt and friendly customer service; assists customers with questions, and special orders and needs, while maintaining a positive, customer focused work environment. I. Global Programs Ownership
- Global Job Levelling & Evaluation: Govern, and execute the global Job Architecture including job levelling and titling nomenclature. Lead the implementation and standardization of the job evaluation methodology used to grade and level all roles worldwide (VP+ down to Front-Line).
- Pay Structure Development & Administration: Design, model, and maintain global pay structures and salary bands. Ensure pay ranges are aligned with the strategic market positioning.
- Benchmarking & Market Pricing: Direct the enterprise benchmarking and market pricing process to ensure compensation programs remain market relevant and aligned to the Total Rewards strategy while ensuring internal equity.
- Pay Practice Guidelines: Develop, document, and publish comprehensive global pay practice guidelines, tools and policies (e.g., managing promotions, starting salaries, retention awards) that enable HRBPs and Talent Acquisition while ensuring legal compliance and internal equity across all regions.
- Policy Development: Lead the development and maintenance of formal global compensation policies, ensuring adherence to the Total Rewards philosophy and ease of use and understanding for HRBPs, leaders and employees.
II. Global Operations, Financial & Compliance Execution
- Compensation Budgets & Forecasting: Lead the annual process for developing, modeling, and securing approval for global Compensation Budgets and forecasting (including merit, promotions, and variable payout pools).
- Annual Cycle Leadership: Own the end-to-end operational execution of major global compensation cycles (merit review, incentives and equity administration) for executives, salaried and hourly employees, ensuring timely, accurate, and standardized delivery across all countries. Oversee in partnership with the People Services team the administration of compensation changes including equity program, variable compensation programs and job rating/evaluation.
- Global Compliance Initiatives: Direct the operational execution of key global compliance initiatives, including data collection and analysis necessary for the EU Pay Transparency Directive and legal consultation with Works Councils.
- Budget Compliance Oversight: Implement rigorous financial controls to audit and reconcile Compensation Budget spend against approved Finance targets throughout the year.
