This key leadership role will focus on shaping the vision and strategy for our digital presence, driving sustainable business growth, and delivering exceptional online experiences for our clients. Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and connect with customers and prospects to differentiate the brand and meet consumer needs on .
- Oversee the digital product and testing roadmaps, ensuring the development of innovative features, functionality, and content that enhance the digital shopping experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teamsβincluding retail, product, merchandising, bridal sales, finance, and marketingβto align on key initiatives, product launches, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement digital brand campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and build brand awareness.
- Work closely with retail and omnichannel teams to ensure a seamless integration between online and offline customer experiences.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including web development, UX/UI, and technology vendors, to support e-commerce goals.
- Conduct user research and customer journey mapping to understand user behavior and implement improvements based on insights.
- Continuously analyze and refine the customer journey to increase conversion rates and boost sales.
- Monitor KPIs and analytics to track performance, customer behavior, and business trends; provide regular reporting to executive leadership.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics and ecommerce tools/technologies
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Hybrid role located in midtown NYC.
- Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season or sales).

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. Our Bespoke division provides a luxury one on one shopping experience for customized engagement rings and wedding bands. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of bespoke diamond specialists. The Bespoke Sales Manager will be responsible for elevating the client experience for custom bridal pieces. You will play a pivotal role in managing our sales team, driving growth, growing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
- Deepen client relationships by delivering a personalized and elevated experience that builds loyalty
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Develop sales tactics with the sales team to increase closing rate
- Ensure the team follows CRM guidelines and maintains consistent and timely communication with clients
- Lead client development strategies to cultivate new clients
- Drive business through key product pillars and KPIs
Service
- Execute in all things with a client-centric approach
- Handle all customer escalations across Bespoke and fine jewelry
- Lead, model and coach based on client feedback and elevate the Ring Concierge experience
- Provide management presence in the showroom or boutique, coaching the team and ensuring the highest standards of client experience are being delivered at all times
- Optimize hospitality to create unique experiences
- Take action on client feedback to improve customer service
- In tandem with the customer care team, handle all client escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring their concerns and issues are addressed in a timely manner
Talent
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a climate of high performance

Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in the diamond or high-end jewelry industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role

- Proficiency in CRM software or other sales tools
- Accredited Jewelry Professional or Graduate Gemologist degree from GIA, a plus

- Full-time role, based between our Midtown NYC office and our SoHo boutique
- Showroom Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and SoHo boutique retail hours as needed

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Full Time Sales Supervisor for our boutique in Florida at our Boca Town Center location. As an integral member of our leadership team, you will oversee the performance and development of your sales team, cultivating a world-class environment that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and luxury.
In this role, you will influence your team to deliver memorable, elevated customer experiences while ensuring the store's operational success. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to drive sales and client retention strategies, while upholding the brandβs high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
With a strong "one team" mentality, you will support store and market initiatives, including promotional events and activations. You will also lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless, client-focused experience while managing opening and closing procedures, and supporting operational tasks. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment is key, and proficiency in retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, and Slack is highly valued.
Position Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older to comply with company standards.

Hourly Pay Range: $21 to $26. Compensation for this position follows a hourly-plus-commission model and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
