The Account Rep’s focus will be on developing new opportunities via existing clients and end-users by managing and growing the business through life safety system upgrades, system additions, renovations and retrofit projects within their assigned territory.

The Engineer/Programmer is responsible for preparing and validating PCB fabrication and assembly data packages while also programming and supporting production equipment across Adura’s SMT, inspection, and electrical test platforms.
This role bridges design-to-manufacturing execution by converting customer data into production-ready CAM outputs and machine programs for SMT lines, AOI, X-ray, and Flying Probe systems. The position plays a critical role in enabling high-reliability thermal PCB-A production for Automotive, Medical, Defense, and Aerospace markets.
Key Responsibilities
CAM & DFM Responsibilities
- Review customer Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and CAD data for manufacturability
- Create panel layouts optimized for yield, SMT flow, and thermal PCB constraints
- Define stack-ups, copper weights, materials, impedance requirements
- Perform DFM analysis for heavy copper, metal-core, and high-power designs
- Generate fabrication drawings, drill files, and production documentation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Support the execution of the Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation activities for our new Vial Filling system (e.g., washing/depyrogenation, aseptic filling, isolator/VPHP, glove integrity testers, environmental monitoring systems), including SAT, IQ/OQ, PQ, and Aseptic Process Simulation.
· Management of Equipment Vendors, including project execution, on-site maintenance and calibration visits, vendor-supplied training of operation and maintenance staff, management of continuous improvement projects, and spare parts criticality assessments.
· Responsible for delivering cycle development for the process including VPHP cycles for Isolator & transport systems, and preparation of required GMP documentation for filling process and recipes.

· Support the transition from project to sustaining manufacturing and the ramp-up of production volumes in the future by improving equipment reliability through Continuous Improvement and TPM processes.
· Coordinate technical deliverables within the Aseptic Operations team to support successful process and product launches.
