The purpose of a Dentist is to provide patients with exceptional dental care and to remove barriers to a patient’s ability to maintain a healthy smile.
Dentists are responsible for the treatment of problems associated with the teeth and surrounding tissues in the mouth. Dentists also provide education and administer care to assist in preventing future dental problems. Instruction may be provided on brushing, flossing, diet, the use of fluorides and all other aspects related to dental care. Other responsibilities of dentists may include: Providing exams, reviewing radiographs, treatment planning, restoring teeth, extracting teeth, fabrication of fixed and removable prosthesis, root canal treatments, and treatment of periodontal disease. A dentist may also write prescriptions and administer anesthetics.
- Conduct routine exams for patients to assess their dental condition and diagnose possible issues.
- Utilize dental equipment in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
- Restore teeth, extract teeth, and replacement of missing teeth and preventative treatments
- Administer local anesthetic to keep patients comfortable during treatment.
- Appropriate use of PPE/infection control protocols when providing dental treatment to patients.
- Some laboratory work may be required. Some work may be sent out to dental laboratories.
- Refer patients to specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with NorthLakes providers as well as external resources and providers in the best interest of the patients’ continuation of care.
- Work collaboratively with NorthLakes support staff in the care and treatment of patients including Registered Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and office staff.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector at our manufacturing facility in Seattle, WA. This role will require you to accurately evaluate and document receiving, in-process and final inspection of highly intricate prototype, custom parts and assemblies for a variety of applications from Aerospace, military, Energy Production and R&D. You will need to have an extreme attention to detail, skill in basic shop mathematics, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and personal discipline to document and report nonconforming products in an objective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Enact inspection activities to obtain objective evidence of compliance for CNC manufactured parts, assemblies, complex tooling, and other components.
- Interpret and measure features containing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Use manual inspection tooling such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and surface plate activities to obtain compliance evidence for requirements up to the fourth decimal place (tenths) of accuracy.
- Create and review compliance documentation related to Receiving, In-process and Final inspection on Materials, Processes and Completed Products.
- Ensure conformance with customer Drawing, Specification and Purchase Order.
- Assist engineering department in implementing strategies to improve accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Have recent 3-5 years (min) working experience within a machine shop atmosphere.

Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator for H&S, you'll be setting up and operating Boring Mills, Lathes, Hobbing, and Grinding Machines to machine industrial gearing parts to specific tolerances. The operator is responsible for operating controls, setting offsets, editing programs, some deburring, and performing self-inspection of parts in-process and upon completion for conformance to requirements. The Operator will also use large overhead cranes and other large equipment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts.
- Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Engineering & Programming Technician works independently throughout the manufacturing plant to analyze, modify, and build control systems to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity of equipment and facility systems. Additionally, this individual may be called upon to assist in troubleshooting machine issues, to implement safety, quality, and productivity projects, and to introduce new products and processes. This individual will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities that are machine and process related that can be improved through the use of technology. What You'll Do:
As a Staff Nurse at Dallas Detox Center, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing services to our patients, acting as a crucial link between patients, physicians, and external medical resources. Under the supervision of our Medical Director, you will provide medical and history screenings, administer routine nursing care, and oversee the medical and psychiatric management of patients in coordination with the attending physician. You will also be an integral member of the Treatment Team, contributing to the development of personalized Master Treatment Plans.

- Complete all necessary documentation within 24 hours of patient admission.
- Transcribe and implement Physician’s Orders and Medical Protocols.
