Jewelry or body piercings that can pierce gloves or cannot be covered under gowning materials will not be permitted in the production area.
Makeup shall not be worn.
Lip balm in stick form is acceptable when applied outside of production areas and prior to hand washing.
Scented personal use products shall not be worn, except deodorant.
Lotions shall not be applied after hand washing.
Cover any open or bleeding wound with a bandage.

Position Responsibilities:
- Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
- Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
- Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
- Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets

The Yard Team Member is responsible for greeting and assisting customers throughout the yard, as well as monitoring the receipt and loading of merchandise in the assigned area following company policies and procedures.
Job duties:
- Responsible for ensuring Fleet Farm's merchandise presentation standards are in place in the yard and surrounding work areas.
- Ensure displayed merchandise in the store is seasonally relevant, properly secured, and well represented.
- Responsible for maintaining backroom locator accuracy within yard area.
- Ensure all yard merchandise is properly wrapped and stored in a way that will prevent it from being weather damaged.
- Effectively load correct merchandise into customers' vehicles while following all safety guidelines.
- As requested, locate sale and promotional items to replenish stock during operating hours.
- Transport product throughout the facility while safely operating a forklift or other material handling equipment.
- Ensure lumber is being culled per company guidelines.
- Maintain a working knowledge of product placement in the yard to be able to better assist and direct our customers.
- Maintain all car side pickup signage and cones in the yard.
- Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
Job Requirements and Education:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

The Production Employee plays a vital role in ensuring Baily International delivers consistent, high-quality products to our customers. This position works hands-on with raw materials, in-process items, or finished goods depending on assignment. Production Employees collaborate closely with Leads, Supervisors, and team members while following all safety, quality, and food-safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position. The standard production schedule for the Granite City facility is Monday through Thursday, with an occasional Friday scheduled based on production needs. No weekend work is required. Overtime may be required depending on production demand.
