Dermatology Opportunity in Western Massachusetts
- Currently 1 fulltime Lead derm and 1 part time dermatologist, and Currently 1 Physician (plastics and Reconstructive Surgeon) and 1 APP
- Practice has great support from a full time Plastic Surgeon for cancer consults or consults.
- Recently renovated the practice to house 6 exam rooms and 2 fully equipped procedure rooms to do procedures in clinic. Liquid Nitrogen available onsite.
- Full clinical & administrative support.
- Busy practice with less than 2% no show rate. Schedule is always full.
- Full clinical autonomy.
- Office Hours 8-4:30- but flexible, 36 hours clinical 4 hours admin time -office is located in Lenox (about 10-15 minutes away from hospital)
- No call
- Looking for FT or PT
- Possible want to add 1-2 more to made it a 3-4 person group
- Ability to do MOH s and cosmetics
- 7 weeks off- include CME, vacation and sick
- 4500 CME allowance every fiscal year
- 45 k recruitment incentive (negotiable)
- Guaranteed salary at first then transition into a RVU production model (see below)
